I AM HAVING GOOD TIME. MY MID TERMS ARE OVER AND IT'S GONNA BE FINAL TEST PREETY SOON. I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM FEELING SO HAPPY? I AM NOT CONFUCED BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY. Husband gets caught in lies about girls and web pages he has listed he is single on, goes on a business trip plans to have you join him then at the last minute claims he is going to be working and you find out he had the whole weekend off, comes home from trip and brings everyone a gift but the wife, stops kissing the wife and stops having sex. Whe asked why he has stopped these things he claims wife doesn't make the first move ever and thathe is tired of being accused of cheating. Wife never accused him of cheating she accused him of lieing. Please help, cuz I am about to lose my mind and I am lonely, the only person in the house he shows affection to is my daughter...However he has just bought me a new car, new PC, new hand gun and other stuff, but it is more like being with a friend, there is no affection at all.What is going on??

My friend is married with a son. Her husband does not work at all. He says that he is a philosopher and is "seeking his inner self". Their son is 10, and he did not work a single day since they married. She works two jobs and studies to be a teacher of foreign languages (she was a preschool teacher, then decided to "upgrade"). When she comes back home at evening, she quickly runs to the kitchen, to cook a dinner, and serves it in front on TV for her husband. Then she checks her son housework, and washes and does the laundry and cleans,
and goes to bed late to raise early. Her son goes to some sports club to play football, and he is very good, and she pays the club fees, and for his uniform, and for the trips he goes on with the team and so on. This is my sister-in-law who I talk with on a regular basis. I had talked with her about her selling things on Ebay, and she never mentioned anything about my item being up for sale. She never mentioned making money off the sale of the item. I only found out about it when I asked her if she could pass it on to someone else after she was done with it. That's when she told me she sold it. She then said she would split the earnings with me. Is it my money or her money?

About a year ago my husband had a month long affair. We tried to work it out but we eventually seperated for about 8 months. We reconciled and we've been together ever since. I know that he loves me, but I just don't trust him anymore. I really wish that I could just move on. I'm not mad at him anymore it's just that he doesn't make me feel the same way he once did. I know that he is very happy that we're back together so I don't want to hurt him. At the same time I figure "hey he slept with someone else who cares about his feelings! do what will make you happy!" I'm sure if I want a divorce I do still love him and maybe we could make things work. Right now I'm just so confused.

again, he has been caught texting my sister in law, txt says he could easy fall in love with her hell always be there for her etc, trouble is she is a lying alcholic, he denies this and claims someone took his phone text her these things, then at a family do i caught him playing footsie with her under the table and her making inuendo about his parts bein hard. its all a mess i love him he swears nothing went on yes he text her to help her failing marriage but didnt text any flirty or sexual as was on hr phone, we bought a house with him 6 months ago and feel trapped, kids 22 18 and 15, if i leave will i get tossed out of house, dont want to split my kids up council say i cant have house for older kids but im not about to ruin there life and tel them to find there own home, i need them help any suggestions...

I have 3 older brothers 18yrs, 18yrs, 17yrs. They still live at home and have finished school. But they have been really bad! They've been doing alot of things my parents always told us not to. Ons thing is smoking. One of my oldest brothers coughs really really hard! i mean seriously ! he's not even sick or anything but everytime he coughs the room practically vibrates! you know?.. Well my mum doesn't know that he's been smoking.. but she says he should go to a doctor to get his lungs checked but he won't. Do you think the smoking has done something to him?? What's wrong with him?What can i do? He won't listen to anyone!

My boyfriend's behaviour at the moment is making me rather unhappy.
He treats me like a fool sometimes and I have come to the conclusion he is very manipulative. We always end up doing what he wants to do - it was our anniversary and we were supposed to go out for a meal last weekend and because he didn't feel like it we stayed in the pub watching football!
He takes me for a ride financially by conveniently forgetting to give me money for things I buy etc.
Sometimes when I go round to his house he practically ignores me all night and is messing around on his PC and when I make a point about it he always says I am "presumptious" and "annoying" when I say things like that. He is really upsetting me. We have been together a year and it would make me very sad to walk away but I feel like it's the end of the road for us. He won't do anything just for ME or to make me happy. He also becomes very clingy, calls me alot etc whenever the penny drops he may have pushed me too far.

We go to his "bar" about once a week to watch football, and that's usually the only time I drink. I had 2 pitchers of beer, and I also bought a mixed drink for me and his 2 friends (they buy me stuff all the time). As soon as I did he went off on me. At this time MY friend had just showed up. So he kept saying "you're not drinking anymore" etc, and making a scene in front of 3-4 people.

He said I was "drunk" because I thought the song "waterfalls" by TLC was either about AIDS or sickle cell anemia.. but I couldn't recall which one.

Why does he make a scene and what should I do to avoid it from now on? Should I quit going to his bar all together, in turn not allowing him to go either?

Been married for a one and a half years now and I have tried that "new man" stuff like trying to be open with my wife and be her friend, etc - but all it seems to have resulted in is one massive head f*** for me. When I have tried to open up or give my opinions about my wifes problems they go down like a lead balloon and upset her or- get this- she finds me "too positive" . All she wants is for me to do is listen to her problems but do nothing. I dont understand her and I personally dont like what I am becoming. However, besides this I know she is a good woman, and I know that when the time comes she will be a good mother.
So I have started thinking that the old school way of treating "wives as wives" and not as friends/soulmates is the way to go.
So my question is: have any married guys gone down this road of keeping a barrier between their personal lives and their marriages? And how has it worked out for you?
