Way to broad of a questions. There are a lot of factors involved. Do you want a ceremony on the beach or indoors. Do you want a whole meal catered to you or going out to dinner somewhere to celebrate. Are you going to get limo service for everyone or just use rental cars? It's not going to be cheap if you do all inclusive for everyone so at the minimum expect at least $5,000.00.

Destination has all the same costs as a regular wedding. First, where are you flying from? What time of year? Thanksgiving is gonna be really high. Price of flights changes all the time but certain times of year are very high. What airport you are flying from changes it a lot as well. If you are flying from a small airport to a small airport it's a lot higher. For example Gainsville Fl. You'd fly from there to Orlando. Then probably direct or one stop to San Fran. But if you are flying into a tiny place, you'll have another small airplane with another hop. Those small hops are what cost the most. If you are flying out of Chicago to anywhere, you can get direct flight and its going to be much cheaper.

Next location. What do you have in mind? Ritz Carlton with a view of the Golden Gate bridge? Small bed and breakfast up near Sacremento? Big difference in price there.

Those things are the difference in $1000 in hotel fees or $500 a night per room in hotel fees. Flight difference can be $200 per person or $1200 per person. What dress are you getting for bridesmaids? My former close friend wanted Vera Wang couture gowns for her bridesmaids.

So really its completely up to you and your idea for a wedding. Since you don't need a big cake and you don't need a caterer, say $300 in food. Dresses and tuxes-you can easily find for 100-200 each. Then your dress and the location is completely up to you but I'd say $5,000 total budget would probably cover it.
