Sure why not, at lest if you all are both being honest with each other, you are really getting to know them. That's already a much better start than like 95% of the relationships now where people just have sex and never talk. =)

I wouldn't go as far as to say I believe one can find true love on the Internet.

However, it is possible, just because someone doesn't believe it, doesn't mean it can't be succeeded or existent.

Depending whether or not you have seen an image of your chat-mate, it could most likely be lust, love and lust are commonly confused.

Although it could be love, there's really no way to know unless you search yourself and find out exactly how you feel about the current situation, and what your feelings really are.

I found my true love on the net...but not by looking for her. It just sorta happened. It's possible, but like any type of way to meet, you need to give it time to find out if the person you have these feelings for is real. Though it's easier to be a liar when you're not face-to-face, it's not unknown for someone to be hiding their real selves in real life too.
