The only two things that the divorce stated was that I go back to my maiden name and that our marriage be dissolved. Will I get something in the mail. I will ask my lawyer tomorrow, but I didn't know if any of you knew since I'm curious now.

We have been married for 3 years and it has been good and bad, we have fought more than we have been happy, both of our faults. I am an American he is from Indonesia. Sometimes I feel I could do better, and find someone that I have more in common with, but I LOVE my husband and he gives me what I need in alot of area's....then some ways he isnt what I need at all. We hurt each other and then separate then get back together, and the cycle continues. What do I do....we have been apart for about 2 months and I miss him. But he doesnt trust me and is still hurt from the past. Is there hope?

I have a really big crush on my friend and i'm really falling for her. she's so beautiful and pretty and she's so smart. i see her every day in math class and when i see her i get butterflies in my stomach and go weak at the knees. she has this natural sparkle in her eyes and it just takes my breath away. i really really want to hug & kiss her. her kiss has to be like heaven. i always think about her when ever i'm not busy and i get the feeling that she's the perfect girl for me. we're only 16 now but i can see myself marrying her in the future. the thing is that i don't know how to tell her and ask her out. i freeze up when i try to ask her and i don't know how to ask her. i'm on good terms with her and she always tells me how smart i am and how much she likes my name. i really need help with asking her out. i think i'm falling in love with her and i want to be her bf and i don't know how to ask her.

She's so hard on me. She literally thinks that everything I do is wrong and she's even said it to my face before. She favouritizes my sister and will always side with her in an arguement. I'm never good enough for her and she's always telling me that I should love her for everything she's done for me but all I can ever remember is the mean things she's done to me. She barely lets me hang out with my friends and never lets me go to sleepovers. She never lets me buy new stuff and always says I don't need it even if she had just bought my sister the same thing when she needed it less than I did. She expects me to live the way she did in the 60s and she's more stubborn than a mule and extremely opinionated. She always makes me feel horrible and stupid. And if I don't bother her at all, she says that I don't spend enough time with the family even though she just yells at me when I do. My dad goes by my mom's rules and my sister doesn't care or understand because she's mom's favourite. Help

hi, so yes as it says i am dating a minor and before being bombarded with the wat am i thinking and stuff i understand the situation im in( well both of us) we thoutght about it wel before actually dating so is it so bad i mean the reason most people are against it is becuz their first react is the guy is mostly in for sex if its with a minor but its not always that picture i mean there are people out there who just really fall inlove with the person not for sexual intent and stuff, i mean i've read plenty of forum regarding the situation to make my self more aware of my relationship and the problems it could have but none of those stuff that people normal claim to happen has or will happen between me and her. i mean we plan to wait till marriage before going that extra step as a couple. So with all that inview is it that bad me and her being together. I even meet with her parents, im a bit shy when it comes to conversing with adults so go see them often but i do ever now and then.

i have these guyz who i told i did not want to go out with. I said that i would only be their friend. But i don't want to hang out with them because they think that i like them when i hang out with them, when in reality i have told them billions of times NO. I don't want to get close to them, as i mentioned before can't really hang out with them. They are both bad looking, both are very depressing. One is 30 and whenever i go to his place he's always being depressed. I've known these guys for two years are they really my friends....if i can't hang out with them in public, or anywhere. If all they do is say them love me or hit on me and if im really only talking to them because i haven't found a fun friend yet??? I want to be friends but if i do hang out even once its misinterpreted . Ive know them for 2 years

My husband moved out very unexpectedly two weeks ago. My son spent his first day with him yesterday. He had a very restless night and is now saying he would like to live with his dad. (followed by I will take all my toys and clothes - but leave a few here for when I visit you) Do I take this seriously, and ask his father or wait and see in a few days??? Help my mind is very confused. Background - I have been the stay at home mum and am now studying, my husband leaving after 8 years because he said we should have not had children - and could we get back together in 10 years... to which I replied it would seem a little unfair to the kids having to explain whilst he hadn't been here for their upbringing we were now getting back together. He has a good job (teacher), drinks too much alchohol (previously he went to AA many years) and now is saying he has mental illness!! What to do.....Sorry if this is not coherent

I have an older sister who's about to graduate college, and my parents aren't dealing with it very well. She's good at every little thing and she's getting a boatload of internships; she pretty much has her pick.

Of course, I have all her talents and stuff, but they must have gotten dulled during the 6 years between my sister and I. But now that I'm nearing 14, my parents feel that they have to treat me like a child. For example, my bedtime is at 9:00, I'm not mature enough to not have bangs (although it irritates my forehead acne) and they still enjoy buying me sugary cereals (which is kinda inconvenient; I'm trying to watch my weight) and children's toys. Before my sister started going to college, I had a normal bedtime, and other normal things. But I just think that they're never going to let me go to college, which is what happened between my mother and her parents.

My dad is fully supportive, but it's my mom who's having problems. I don't care about me, but what about them?

I have this "friend". She never treats me with respect and I have a hard time sticking up for myself. I've known her for 7 years and I've always felt this way. I wrote one of those letters that people write just to let their feelings out that they never actually send. I wasn't planning on sending it, but after I wrote it I didn't feel any better. It wasn't hateful, it just listed things that she does wrong to me. (Two pages of things, typed)She never leaves me alone, and tells me I'm her best friend. I dont' feel that way about her. I really want her to know how I feel. Should I send the letter? Should I spend time gaining courage and stand up for my self?? Should I ignore her? Should I just let it keep happening? what should I do? Please Help!

i met this girl 14 months ago and things went very well for the first couple months and then we told each other that we liked each other. then things got even better as each day went on and i grew to love her but didnt tell her until 6 months after we met. the circumstances in which i told her werent ideal since i just got back from a trip to a friends house out of state. she wasnt happy i went since the person i met was a girl that i knew for 12 years.when i confessed to her that i loved her she said she had the same feelings. things were great until school started in september. she grew distant with me and eventually it got to the point where she wanted to go out with other guys and leave me behind as just a friend. i am finding this hard to deal with since she hardly talks to me now. nothing i do gets my mind off her. sports, school, ive even tried playing videogames since i know those get you to concentrate on them. nothing works its been about 2 mon. any suggestions? i lovedher lots

I'm a (fairly) successful single guy about 35. About a year ago, my mother made a list of every cent she gave me after 18 (including college), added interest, then sent me the bill. It's not that she needs the money especially since she's on a trust fund all her life. Lately, her age is showing and she's really wanting to get back into my life (but the bill still stands). I don't hate her, but have excluded her over the past few years because I put her in the "no value added" category. My father left at an early age, so he's no issue. Am I wrong?

a few weeks ago, we had to do a book report and i happened to do it on the same book as one of my classmates. she's really shy and it was sorta weird for us because we both had to read out the same plots and events to the class.

Now a week later, her friend (which is also in my class) keeps on saying stuff like ''you totally copied her''

and everytime i try to tell her no, she's like ''you are so lying''

this girl won't talk to me and her friend is constantly making fun of me!!!! what should i do? :(

I don't know why but he doesn't seem to want sex as much, lately. Normally, we would have it 2-3 times a week which was fine with me and he always (even now) says he would like it every night. I don't have a problem with that but we don't live together yet so that makes it difficult. Recently, we've had it 1-2 times a week for the past few weeks. We've been together for 8 months, so I don't know what is going on. I know he loves me and still likes me, he is fine with the way I look, and when we have it, it is still great.

He has been a little stressed lately and stuff like that, but would that really make a man not want it as much? I've thought about saying something but I don't know how or what to say. Any ideas on what could be going on?

I am so frustrated right now that I could cry. We have had our problems, but there is one thing that I can't deal with -- pure ignorance. My husband is very childish and immature, and I did not know he was like this until after we got married. I knew he had minor personality flaws, but not to this degree. If we get into an argument about something he will cut off all communication with me, even if it involves a business or financial matter. I cannot begin to list all the things that he has dropped the ball on, however, I have to tell you this.

I called him after church and he answered the phone with an attitude. I asked him what was wrong and he was upset because when I cooked spaghetti I left some dried up on the stove. Anytime he has to clean-up before he cooks he gets highly pissed, but when I do it no big deal! That's life. I clean up behind him all the time, but whenever he has to do anything out of the way and it inconveniences him he gets upset.

like nothing, it is gone... no love anymore. How could you imagine living day to day without them in your life? What if he died? What would you do when it is too late to realize that you did actually still love him very much? How do you deal with death?
