Just tell him... If he has joked around about it, it sounds like he might be interested. You can do the same thing, "joke" around about it, and then work into the conversation that you are kinda interested in opening the relationship a little.
BUT.......
Think about it for a while, be SURE this is what you want. Because, you may think you are open to the idea now, until you actually see him with another woman (i'm assuming this is what you mean, but either way..).... It can completely destroy a relationship......

First off, never have sex with him again, or you may catch the worst of STD's -- AIDS. Secondly, if you have a decent job and some money of your own, then find another place to live and file for divorce. Who cares what happens to his career. This is a disaster of his own making. He is the sex addict and poker player. You are just trying to deal with an impossible situation. Personally, if I had a sizeable chunk of money and saw it dwindling down over some BS, I would have transferred the money to an account of my own. Well, that's "money" under the bridge. If you have money in your joint account, take what you need and get out. That is your only option since he refuses to realize he has a problem and seek help. The other option, which is totally unwise, is to stay in a marriage with a sex addict and be miserable.

You are the dream wife. Just tell him...or better yet go out on a day his staying home and bring a date home (another woman, not a man). He'll be sitting there watching tv and you and her come in laughing -- having fun. They'll introduce each other and she'd be too friendly which would throw him off. Then you'd all sit down and joke around with the idea of taking him, he'd get aroused ( I know I would ) and then it would happen. Just make sure you are ready. And she would have to be good looking it wouldn't work with a less than desired friend.

Go out to a bar and have a few drinks. If you really pay attention you will find a woman checking you out. Go over and flirt with her. You could arrange it online to have someone meet you there. See his reaction and go from there. I would get a room. Don't take her back to your house. I don't think this you work is you flirted with a guy...lol. Never tried it but that's the way I would try it.

1. there is a big difference between looking at other women and looking for other women.
2. he is only sorry that you caught him.
3. he feels that he hasn't done anything wrong but is trying to keep the peace.
4. you secretly want revenge and/or are trying to keep him close by grasping at straws.
Don't do anything without knowing the real reason and assessing all the possible outcomes. They could be costly.

It sounds as if you two are in the bounds of having an open relationship. It also sounds as if you two are able to be honest and comfortable with eachother, so telling him how you feel should be a breeze. Just come out honestly and tell him that you have been thinking about this sexual endeavor. At the end of the day the worst that can happen in your case is he'll say no, and with you two having the union you two have, he'll still be your husband... Good Luck!!!

It might sound like a huge turn on for you now but when it comes down to it, you'll be sorry you did it. If you're inviting another woman into the mix, you'll be extremely jealous when it's over and always wondering if it's you he's thinking about when it's just the 2 of you and if you're wanting another guy, the shoe will be on his foot. do you want it be with another woman or a man? I would guess it would be with another man since your husband was looking for another woman, right? You can tell him the next time he joke about it. Or, while you two are having one on one time.
