sry his daughter is 18 and he said he would kill them if they left or someone tells the cops i said some word about this to him and he stuck a gun in my face and said i'll hurt you and your family you know not a or pay thing

Call the police and tell them everything. They'll take care of him. If the girl's a minor then she'll probably end up in her mom's custody. But threatening to kill anyone is enough reason to call the cops. Don't do the macho thing and shoot him yourself. That's what the police are there for.

I understand your delima, you're this guy's neighbor etc. but how are you going to feel if something happens to one of these ladies. Call the non-emergency line for your local police and ask for their assistance. They'll be discreet with your involvement. This guy needs to be in an institution,he sounds like he's on drugs or insane, either way he doesn't need to be on the street.

In that case you have to go to the police or DA in person and tell them the situation, most likely the cops will pick him up based on your statement and hold him while they build a case.

I'm assuming it for prostitution, since you are upset, instead of just pan-handling.
Call the police, or a local church, someone who can intercede in the situation.
Be careful getting yourself tied up in their personal business, it could come back to nab you later

wont be very nice to luck at urrr but yo wont be able to do much at all,you could report it to your housing office,as you dont want that near your house they may try and do something,but if no one else complains you wont have much chance,it could lead an asbo,apart from that get a couple of bin liners and put them over their heads at least you wont have to see their faces,chuck a couple of of dollars at their feet lol
