My bf and I have been together almost 3 yrs. He keeps telling me that he's going to propose to me soon...He knows having a family and being married are #1 for me at this point. I have my career in order and we've dicussed marriage in the past....last night he told me that he basically agreed to propose soon to keep me from nagging about it....I simply ask...not nag about it. He said it won't be for another 2 years until we get married...I'm 23 and he's 36...I don't have an issue with his age...Only concerned about our ability to have kids....and besides...I want to start my family soon...How do I get him to realize that if he doesn't do something to commit further and make the next step in the relationship...that I'm going to leave him??? I don't want to...but I also don't want to miss out on a chance to be with someone who has the same goals in mind. I don't want to give him an ultimatum...someone told me to distance myself...but how?? and isn't that kind of mean???? HELP ME!!!!

well my friends mom just got back together with this guy
and like he always comes over and is always with her mom and
she doesnt like it and she told her mom that but she wont listen so she is very depressed and sad that she cant spent enough time with her mom. as her friend i tried telling her its gonna be okay and stuff like that. but its been a while and i dont know what else to say. help?!?!?!?!

It seems a lot of people dont like them...and a lot of men seem to prefer all natural. I know that I can (and I have) dated plenty of men that like me just the way I am...but I'm so small its an inconveniance. So the "all natural" preference can only go so far, right?

I have a sister in-law, she brings her own problem from her side of her family and work to our home and its not healthy for her child. She even gives my brother a hard time like ignore him and not letting him know what's on her mind. She works and comes home and don't do nothing but nap sometimes while my mother and I take care of the baby. My nephew is 1 yr. old and he sleeps with my mom and dad which are his grandparents but the thing is doesn't she care or even miss him. She tells my parents that you sleep with the baby cause she cannot get enough rest at night. we asked her if we can adopt the baby but she refuse. I have a child and even sometimes I work late I miss her.

I was going to use a bunch of orchids but now I am thinking of carrying just a few stems of something. I want the flowers to be the size of normal roses, but I don't like roses or calla lilies (too typical), daisies (too plain) and carnations (they remind my man of funerals). I would want them to be able to be in white, cream, or blue.

Been dating my bf for the past 6 months, when recently he told me he didn't want to be in a serious relationship. He still wants to go out, he says, and doesn't get physical with anyone else. (We are both 25) So I said fine, and a few days later as I was driving away from the mall I saw him coming in with a girl I recognized. He waved and immediately called me. He was like, "Hey, we're going to get something to eat, do you want to come?" And I asked him who he was with. And he said his friend Jen from Vegas. I actually know of her through mutual friends we have, but apparently he didn't know this. So I said sure, then he was like, Oh wait a second, let me call you back. So he called me back and said, "Oh she changed her mind, she doesn't want to eat, she needs to talk to me about her husband. But do you want to come over after and hang out with all of us?" I said no. WTF?? This girl is NOT married. So I said, Wait, she's married?" And he said she married one of his best friends.

We aren't married but have been together for 14yrs, he has 3 kids living with EX 23,18,16, I have 2- 26,23 both now living on their own. During the past year I've had some rather not so subtle hints at how they really feel about me and how I'm not part of the "family". I've been to every family event, holidays, birthdays, etc. My grandson, born 04/06 invited all to shower.. non showed .2 sent gifts 2 no RSVP,no gift ,no card. Christmas.. same 2.. no card no gift! Then last weekend mother passed.( called baby greatgrandson) Pastor asked family(I was asked) to give poem or say something about her. I found a really nice poem Ito read.. Brother did nice power point presentation, asked me for pictures. I gave them a web address for my "photo albums" told them some I thought would be nice. Told at service he couldn't pull any from the site but "put in pictures of everyone they had not to worry". Not only did my poem NOT get read, NO pictures included. I'm really hurt by this. Tell or Not?

Do most women in my age range still want sex? The women I date are fairly traditional and not into early or promiscuous sex, so I can put off telling them for awhile. But I want to be fair to them. I said "partially impotent" earlier because I think I can perform in some rare situations, but not often and not without physical help from a woman. Do you think women my age are willing to receive oral sex from a man in my situation as a substitute for the real thing? Any ideas will be appreciated.

So recently, my older sister (who is 25, married, and has 2 young kids) moved in with my mother and I in order to save money. I was never really thrilled with the idea of her moving in. Not in a bad way, but I knew exactly what would happen. She has over dominated the house. My mother moved downstairs with my grandmother. Ever since my sister moved in, my mother has been incredibly mean towards me. I get treated like dirt. Nobody even cares for me anymore. I am like the dust on somebody's shoulder. All the rules have suddenly changed due to suit my sisters needs. For example, I used to come home from school, and drop my books on the couch. Now when I do that, I get yelled at. I can't take naps in the living room, I can't do this, and I can't do that. This whole situation has me really frustrated and upset. I feel like I have been shoved into a box (my room is small) and they don't care much. I tell them how I feel and they could care less. All that they are worried about are themselves

ok, so my little borhter (11) and im 13 1/2. Im 2 years older, and were matched in strength. He doesnt respect me or anyone esle in my house, especially me since i tell him to stop being a dick. He doesnt listen to, to turns, reasoning, and even minor threats and violence. I begin with reasoning and end with violence to where we fight till no one wins, and i dont go full on him. if i do, he will go crying to his mom, lie, and get me grounded. My bf still talks to ex's bro and has him over the house. He is going thru a lot of drama with his ex child support, accusations, order of protection, etc. I think he should just stay away cuz who knows what her bro might go and tell her. He says that they are good friends and he would never do that to him. I think its just disrespectful and her bro calls him his brother in law. I hate it. Granted he doesn't come over all the time maybe once a couple of months. But I feel when you break up with someone you do it with everyone and thats it. I told my bf about it but he doesn't thinks it bad cuz they just have a couple beers and thats it and they don't talk about her.and they were friends before her. I met someone who worked at the same company as me, but at a different location. A few months later, we started seeing each other even though he is married. My brothers children from his second marriage are becoming the same as his children from his first marriage. So sad, to see children, sexually active, so young, my niece is 12, and has had many boys, my nephew is 17 and has been with several girls, I just don't know what they need, what is it they are needing. The obvious one is affection and love from their parents, why do, they need to "start" so young with this side of their life.
Young people out there, please share. Why, is it so attractive to you all, what is it that you need, that you feel you are getting from casual sex.
