well my friends mom just got back together with this guy
and like he always comes over and is always with her mom and
she doesnt like it and she told her mom that but she wont listen so she is very depressed and sad that she cant spent enough time with her mom. as her friend i tried telling her its gonna be okay and stuff like that. but its been a while and i dont know what else to say. help?!?!?!?!

Your friend needs to develop her own social support group. Perhaps hanging around at friends' houses.
Her mom is lonesome and needs the company of a man right now. In time, the "new" will wear off and things will settle down.

Well, like I say, spill it all out. Your friend should make it pretty clear that she's upset.
Also, if this doesn't work, I'd say for your friend to try and forget about it and to try and go out with other friends and stuff for a while.
