It seems a lot of people dont like them...and a lot of men seem to prefer all natural. I know that I can (and I have) dated plenty of men that like me just the way I am...but I'm so small its an inconveniance. So the "all natural" preference can only go so far, right?

***inconveniance: having to buy training bras from childrens section, having to have any normal dress super altered, bathing suits...eek!, clothes just dont fit, never enjoying the comfort of a sports bra...it is an inconveniance because part of being a woman is having some size of breasts..almost every western culture is like that, i lack that. I am very comfy in my own skin, but it still doesnt make things easy.***

I don't care what anyone else says here, breast implants was the best surgery I've ever had. I don't have a self-esteem problem, but I am a petite woman and was looking for a curvy figure.

I found an amazing surgeon and my breast look so natural! Most men can't even tell that they are implants. But the trick to is that you can't go to big- I think a lot of girls make the mistake of going for huge boobs, which end up stretching the skin too much and just looking fake! I was a large A small B and now I'm a full C. I look so much better in my clothes and it's not so obvious I had them done!

Some advice-
1) Your surgeon is the most important decision. Anyone can put breast implants in- that doesn't mean they're going to look good. E-mail me if you want the name of my surgeon.
2) Get silicone memory gel implants. They feel more natural then saline. They are a little more expensive but it's worth it!
3) Get under the muscle. This will reduce the chance of your breast becoming capsulated and your breasts will look a lot more natural.

I love my breasts now, and no one can tell their fake unless I tell them. Men love them and I look great in my clothes. Good Luck!

i don't mind smaller breasts, but if a woman was very small and almost flat-chested, i don't know how attracted i'd be to her. but i'm also not into really big breasts either.

i know alot of peole are against implants, but the experience i've had with my girlfriend has been incredible. she got them almost 3 months ago and she looks great. she went from a B to a C and she looks alot sexier and she feels sexier and more confident. every time i see her boobs, they look better and better. she's thrilled with the results so far and i am too. she has cleavage now and looks better in her clothes and doesn't have to wear padded bras. she's a petite woman and they're a perfect size for her body. if she'd gone alot bigger, it would look kinda ridiculous.

it's a big step. it's expensive, the recovery can be somewhat painful but i guess with some of the advances they've made, it's not as bad as it used to be, but there are risks and potential complications with any kind of surgery and this is cosmetic and not medically nessecary. it might take a few months until you see the full results of it. you'd have to weigh all the factors and see if it's worth it. for my girlfriend, the whole experience was worth it. she made the decision without consulting me. i think it's something a woman has to do for herself first and if it benefits anyone else, that's great too. but it's your body and you're the one who's gonna have those things inside of you.

How does it inconvenience you? I know overly large boobs can get in the way, sag, cause back pain, and not be too pretty later on. Maybe you should appreciate the smaller ones, that will look a bit better when they are older rather than the weight sagging them down. You say men like you as you are. Why do you need to change?

Breast augmentation is surgery to enhance the size and shape of your breasts. This surgical procedure has been performed for more than 50 years, and has continued to improve in safety and effectiveness.

Cosmetic breast surgery procedures like breast augmentation are more popular than they have ever been. They are now within the financial reach of almost everyone and many women are taking advantage of it.

if you're going to get implants, get them for you and no one else. don't care about what others will think. If you feel like you need them to fit better into clothes etc then its your decision.

You should get implants (or not), based on what you feel is right for you... not based on what guys might think. The right guy for you should support your decision, regardless of what you choose.
