I have lots of people that consider me their best friend, but I'm a afraid to get close to them because I am afraid that i will make them mad. I have a real problem with knowing whether people are sad, happy, or mad, but i'm generally a talkative person. So I wont know if someone is in a mood and I'll say something and it'll make them really really mad. I have no idea how to handle people. What do I do?

my friend and i have been hanging out for about a yr and 1/2. at first we were into each other, but because work got in the way on the weekends, we stopped speaking for 3-4 months. i finally regained the courage to talk to her on a constant basis and we became friends again. she was even my prom date. but because at times i was moody (hangover from prom) and we'd have little arguements about stupid stuff (it'd blow over after a day or so). then this summer, we both went on vacation, hers ending a week before mind. we i'd gotten back, she didn't call. i waited about a week then while frustrated, i called her and got angry. the following week i called her to apologize and i asked her why she didnt contact me in over a month. she finally confessed and sed she's had a boyfriend for 3 weeks. the next 2 weeks we continued back and forth arguing about whether or not what she did was wrong.i felt like she cud've at least told me, we'd talk all the time on the phone i'd tell her i was into her

(i know this is a repost, but i didnt get many answers)
ok, I REALLY like this Japanese exchange girl at my school. I was one of the first people to talk to her when she came here, and I'm one of the only people that talks to her. She doesnt speak much english. i talk to her, but im always the one talking and whenever anyone talks to her, she rarely says anything but yes or no. i know she likes hello kitty and playing cards and the band BUMP OF CHICKEN (Japanese rock), but thats all i know. she never really seems interested in anyone, but I want to be able to talk to her and finally break the ice a little more!

Me and my fiance had a really hard time picking out a bridesmaid dress that we both liked. Now I'm having seconds thoughts about the dress we picked being too casual. The problem is that I've already told one of my bridesmaids which dress to order and it's on sale so she probably already ordered it. I just want some reasurrance that it's not too casual. I'm 19 and I'm married and my husband got arrested last weekend for DUI and I asked my mom to get a bond so he can get out of jail and I'll pay for it but she said no! I don't get it. It's not like I don't have the money, which I had to beg and borrow from a LOT of people but she won't do it. And it's been four days since I've really talked to him and it's driving me crazy and she knows this. Why would she put me through this?

I dropped out of school after 8th grade, my family has no money & we're in debt right now, my mom works 3am-4pm everyday with often overtime hours and my dad works 730am-6pm. I cut off all contact with my friends, and talk to no-one. I have lost all 3 of my dogs who were everything to me and I have been battling depression for 2 years. I cry constantly & though I've never attempted taking my life I wish I could. My parents share one car. My dad uses it for work and my mom carpools. I am stuck at my house all day with my 2 year old nephew to watch from 730am-8pm, 6 days a week & he spends the night about 3 times a week. I've been watching him for my sister for 4 months & she hasn't paid me anything, I just got into an arguement with my mom & sister. I yelled at them that I was tired of watching him whenever they want me too My sister is a single mom and doesn't have a money, I can't stand her & her low life boyfriend who always insults me Everyone expects me to do everything Please help

It is now crystal why my grandson abruptly left his father and step mother.They were doing all they could to bring peace, love & stability into this child's life for past 2 years.
"Mom" allegedly promised him no rules!Told him that she wasn't in it for the child support.She & her husband's love was the ONLY reason for his return to their home.
Child support papers came today. Dad called son & told him as he apparently wasn't told by his "mom."
I'm truly frightened for this young man, as he is seriously angry for being "played" & has made terrible choices under stress in the past.
His father let him use expensive shotguns when he lived with them.They are still here! His father told him tonight that they will be sold,help pay the child support.
Should I notify the police in the boys town or his school? He has access to his grandfathers shotgun, & using it to practice trap shooting. His grandfather is clueless or possibly involved in his return home.

The past few years things have gotten really weird between my sister & I. I just got fed up w/ the disrespect & dismissive attitude of hers every time I would ask what's going on with her. She's been playing some mind games & I finally got fed up and called her on it, & put my foot down, telling her she has to come clean as I was done with the games. Her answer was to as usual clam up & then emotionally blackmail me by refusing her kids to see me. She refuses to talk about how things could be hammered out between us and does not want to talk, as usual. She feels she's innocent & is trying to showcase me like some nut that suddenly snapped to anyone who will listen. We mutually know a lot of people & her husband has no choice but to stand by her no matter what. She's involved him too despite my telling her this is between me and her. She knows she's in the wrong and her actions prove it even more. She doesn't hesitate to yell at me when she feels I messed up but I work it out w/her.

okay, so I met this guy the other day at the community college where I take dual-credit courses. I'm 17 and he's 20. He just like, randomly came up and started talking to me. He's asked me out three times in the last three days, which makes me a little wary. He seems like a nice enough guy though, intelligent and everything. I'm pretty young so I'm really close with my nephew who's only 14. We talk a bunch and he's fine with telling me everything. He's been really stressed lately, so I asked him what's wrong. At first he wouldn't talk about it, but I got it out of him. He said he thinks his penis is not big enough, saying that he showed it to one of his best girl friends (at first he wouldn't tell me this, for good reason too because that was pretty surprising for a 14 year old) and he said she kind of scoffed at him when she saw it. He finally told me he's 4.25". I repeatedly tell him that size doesn't matter and that 4" is long enough at 14, but he disregards everything I say and just gets upset when I bring it up. How can I tell him that he's fine?

I just had a baby with my husband and things were good,i whent back to work he got promotions after promotions,we bouth a car and our budget is gatting thight.It seems like nkow that we should be enjoying things were not,were had gont sepererated 2years ago and we decided to get back together i got pregnant we didnt plan to but it just feelt right,we though that was gonna help our relationship,it did for a minute,but things just staring going down hill,he says that were stressing him too much and saying that it feels like before,preassure as in watching the baby taking the oldest one to school picking us up that he doesnt get enough sleep that hes just tired,i dont know how can he say that when im tired too i do as much as he and yet he dont see that he only sees what he does its painful seeing that he only thinks about him self i dont know what to do im just tired ijust dont want to go through argueing any longer yet i love him sooo much that im staring to hate him...

I have a sister and she is younger than i am and she just told me a week ago that she is pregnet and is 7 weeks along. Then she tells me that she and her boyfriend are getting married. Background: I moved in with my boyfriend and his daughter about 1 1/2 - maybe 2 years ago. Our current situation is he is working and I am going to school full time (he's paying for it). When I decided to move in when I did 'I' felt I needed to be involved with his daughter if I was going to be living with them, and in her life daily. As the years have rolled by though, and input from family and friends I wonder if I am expecting to much, and pressure from family and friends don't help.

So here is the deal. I get Satava (his daughter) ready for school, take her to school, pick her up from school, help her with homework, take her to and from karate, get her ready for bed, make dinner, clean the house, do laundry, take care of the dogs (both feeding & yard) not necessarily in that order about 90% of the time. AND go to school for 14 credit hours. (next semester will be 23 credit hours), and not to mention the homework…
