I really like a guy and he really likes me. We aren't in a relationship yet...he is 14 and i am 17...i'm worried what other people would think about our age difference...that's why if we do become bf and gf i would want it to be a secret...is this wrong?

I think you should keep it a secret until he is of age if you are planning on doing the wild thing. Think of how much fun it will be sneaking around.
On the other side of the coin, who gives a stuff what other people think.

When you turn 18 you legally will not be able to be in a relationship with the 15 year old minor. Give it up for now and wait for him to turn 18.

14 and 17 isn't that bad
but if sex id involved then it might get a little iffy
But if you keep it a secret it can cause alot of stress and then probably make the relationship go to crap

It is not illegal for a minor to go out with an 18 year old-

people stop saying that! It's a lie!

Who cares what they think? I went out with an 18 year old when I was 13 for 9 months, my parents never knew but other people did! Yeah some people said he just wanted sex but that wasn't true, so listen to your heart!

it is all fun and games until you turn 18 after that you are committing a crime but things are different for older women than for older men but you should not care what other people think if you are happy with the relationship then that is all that matters.

well to me there is. i wouldn't date a guy that was that age, but hey if he likes you and you like him it can work. i don't see the point in keeping it a secret. you two should just show everyone you guys are together. it will be worse if u don't. regardless of what you do people are going to talk so might as well just show everyone its erious and prove that maybe it can work.

Take your chances and follow your heart. People are going to judge you for the rest of your life no matter what you do. You should never deny the one you love.

if you care enough about him to be in a relationship with him then it shouldn't matter what other people think. theres always gonna be people that have problems with peoples relationships, whether it be for age differences or race differences or a million other things. if you think hes worth it than go for it!
