I have a sister and she is younger than i am and she just told me a week ago that she is pregnet and is 7 weeks along. Then she tells me that she and her boyfriend are getting married. My problem is would you get married to a guy that tells you that he cant be with you because he is afraid of what his friends and people will say about her daughter who is bi-racial???????
I am just curiouse about what you woman have to say! I have already voiced my opinion on this whole thing.

So your sister's boyfriend doesn't like his future step-daughter? I wouldn't marry a guy that didn't respect me and everything that came with me. If he has problems with her daughter now, it isn't going to get better. If he is so afraid of what his friends think, then he needs to mature and realize if he is accepting of it and shows it to be a positive thing then his friends will be more accepting of it. if they aren't, maybe he should get different friends. Race shouldn't matter, but who the person is that really counts.

I think getting married just because you were irresponsible enough to accidentally get knocked up is a very dumb reason to get married. It's not going to last if the foundation isn't there so insead of the kid bieng used to split parents from the start you get to put it through emotional scarring from watching it's parents snipe each other all the time before a long, bitter divorce. In the meantime, who knows how many other kids you managed to squeeze out into this dysfunctional family unit.

Do the kid a favor. Take him to court for a DNA test so she can get her child support and move on because he's definately an immature butthole.

I am having trouble understanding your question. You say your sister IS getting married (I assume to the father of the baby), but then you ask about getting married to someone who says he can't be with you. So.........how can she marry him if he says he can't be with her?

Are you saying that your sister already has a daughter who is bi-racial and is pregnant again with her new boyfriend? I'm sorry, but your question isn't clear to me. If he (the boyfriend) is afraid of what his friends would say about your sister and her daughter, why did he have an intimate relationship with her? Sounds like he is bad news and she is better off without him. Sounds like he would possibly mistreat her bi-racial daughter.

Hi. I guess I, along with others, don't really understand your question.

Your sister is getting married to a guy (the father of the baby she is carrying), but in turn he says "he cannot be with her." I guess I don't understand.....but in any case, he is a loser if he cannot accept her bi-racial daughter, who will be his step-daughter after the marriage.

How on earth will she be married to a guy who "can't be with her." Tell her to ditch the loser.

I would not run out and get married just because of pregnancy. Marriage is SUPPOSED to be a life long commitment between two people who truly love one another. Tell her to please think it over. If he's worried about what everyone else thinks, she should think about getting married. I hope you can help her out. Best of luck to you and your sister.

She shouldn't marry someone who is such a pig. What a jerk. He should care about his family not what his dumb friends say.
