i was in a 3 yr relationship with a man that i thought i wld spend the rest of my life with. he walked out on me 5 months ago. we have a 20 month old daughter with a breathing disease that he has seen about 4 or 5 times and 2 being when i gave him money. he also had hooked up with a woman that was a wanted fugiative with massive warrants who for the next 6 months i dont have to worry about her because she is in the pen. i had found out from this wench that she and shawn had smoked crack and drank beer the 1 overnight visit he had had with her. so since this wench is gone like a dumbass i have been to his apartment various times and like a dummy had sex(not protected) with him. i know i know, the majority of my answers are going to concist on why i am behaving so stupid. not to mention i have 2 other children who he treated as his own who still to this day not coping well that he is gone. i know i have gone past pathetic, i just cant help the way that i feel i love him dearly.

It seems the past while any guy I have met turns out to be a loser, either narrcasitic, controlling, or just a player. How do I stop this bad cycle? My faith in finding a good, honest man is fading fast. I'm ready to give up on the whole dating scene!

How would you deal with your mother coming to stay with your leave in boyfriend and, the problem is she do not like your man and doesn't have nothing nice to say. He normally like to stay right up under you but, you noticed that your man has been distant since your mother there. Note: She is visiting from out of town.

He says he loves me when I say it. He is going through the motions, but he seems to be distant. I've asked him about it and he just blows it off. I've found him on dating sites (some adult); he says he was just curious. I definitely don't want to hold on to someone that doesn't want to be with me, but I do love him. Should I continue to look for other signs, leave it alone or continue to confront him about this?

I've been separated from my husband for almost two months now. All he's been doing is crying and telling me how much he wants to get back together one minute and the next he's cursing me out because I'm asking him to get himself together.
When we were together he kept leaving in the middle of the night saying that he was visiting friends at 1am and coming home at 6-7am. I kept asking if he was cheating and ofcourse he denied it.
After we were separated I went to his house one morning and there was another female there. I asked her how long had she been messing with my husband and she said since his birthday which was while we were together.
He told me he was not messing around with this female anymore but today I drove by his home and her car was in the driveway.
Why won't he just be honest and tell me he has someone else and let me move on.
He gets very upset when he even thinks I'm with another person.

I was with my ex-girlfriend for about 1 1/2 years and everything was perfect. But she ended our relationship saying that I was insecure and she felt smothered. After I thought about it, I realized that I WAS being insecure when I shouldn't have been.

For about 3-4 months we remained very good friends. But as time went on she became increasingly more distant. It made me so sad because she knows that I still love her to death.

I see her often in public, but it got to the point to where she never says hi to me, looks at me, or even acknowledges that I'm around. There is a HUGE list of things that shes done to make me jealous, she has even told me that she has been talking to her ex, and that she was seeing another guy, but I found out that this is NOT TRUE. She's made it very clear and obvious that she wants to make me jealous.

What I want to know is WHY she is trying to make me jealous??? what does this mean??? after all, she is the one who broke up with me and broke my heart.

My step daughter got caught lying about her smoking of pot to her dad and I. She is stealing it from her mother and then giving it out to her friends. The mother is lsaying its not a big deal because she is getting good grades in school. The oldest sister came to us all upset because her mom's sister is a major drug addict and doesn't want her sister winding up this way as well. We were told that its not our business.

This child is 14 years old. I am appalled because this was brought up in court and the lawyers said 5 years ago that the mothers drug use was no issue. Now this child is stealing her mothers pot or going over to her grandmothes house which is next door and taking it from the stash that she home grows in pots in their bathroom!!

This child is 14 and lives with her mother full time and only is here every other weekend.

Hey girls, im from canada high school, and i really like this coffee girl, but dont know whether she likes me back.
At the start she used to stare at me quite alot, and then when i caught her shed just look away.Now im a local at her coffee shop and always go and get a coffee from her, at the start she used to hesitate when talking to me, and was really quiet. Then outta the blue one day she was all bubbly, like "hey hows it going",and she was really cheerful, then the next day she was back to being quiet.???....anyway, one thing that was really weird, is she sometimes giggles when i put money in her hand?. What i have noticed, is she is happy to talk to me when im by myself, but when im with friends, shes really quiet?, i make her laugh alot though, but the times when she doesnt say much,makes me wonder whether she does it cause shes nervous, or because she doesnt want to?im really shy though!...

Ok i dated this guy and we kissed on the first date. Now he just wants to be friends cuz he feels that he cant have a normal conversation with me. I suffer from clinical depression and doctors' diagnosis was chemical inbalance in the brain. I tend to behave like a maniac at times...which is way beyond my control. I told him that but he doesnt seem to understand. This question has been bugging me for quite some time. I'm a single guy and for some reason, I'm having a hard time finding that right lady for me. I mean, I socialize with women and try to get to know them but i cannot find that connection i'm looking for. I'm more attractive to personality and looks is a plus for me. But still, no luck. I've been dating my boyfriend for 3 years. I'm currently in my last semester of college and I just got a full-time job. The job pays crap and I'm not lying either. But, it's a foot in the door at a company w/ loads of personal growth potential.

My boyfriend works full-time. We both had financial difficulties, but mine are almost cleared up. His should take another 6 months to clear up.

I'm frustrated b/c I feel like we are at a great time in our lives to move to the next step. A wedding won’t be able to happen until at least 2009, but I feel an engagement is appropriate at this time.

When I bring it up he says, "I know we want to be together. But, we both still have a lot of things to work out in our personal lives (mainly financial and w/ job security)"

I just don't feel content with this answer. But, I don't want to pressure him either. Like I said, I'd be willing to have a 18 month engagement.

I am a single dad with custody of the kids. Their mother is no longer involved with them. Went back to court for their mother to have supervised visits only. It was granted. She said that I better take care of the kids because she would not be seeing them for a long time. Her and her new boyfriend are both in trouble with the law for drugs and a lot of other things. After court she was arrested for her warrants. Some how, she bailed out. she called me and told me she was moving to another state over 700 miles away. My babies are 11 and 6, How can a mother just leave her kids? Even though she is not in the best of situations, I guess it is a lot easier to run from her problems. I guess I just don't know how to explain to the kids she will not be around. My daughter still cries for her. What am I to do?

I have two brothers I have never met. I have talked to them on the phone a few times but that has been a year and a half ago. A girl I work with has friends that hang out with my brothers. She mentioned today about her friends talking about hanging out with my brothers. I told her that we are just very different people and their is no reason for me to force something. I agree with what I said. Still, I feel like I am missing something out of my life. I'm missing a friend, in a way. I know what you will say "it's their loss not yours." So, that can be left out of comments.

How does one "move on" after years of thinking that they had found the one that was right for them? Just try and forget all that ever happened? Eat a bullet? How do you get this person out of your head? To just live one day without thinking of them.....? Is it even possable?

Im not trying to touch or harm them in anyway, but a couple of times I accidently glanced at some girl and she got angry for looking at her, another time I accidently bumped into one and appoligized and she is like "don't go near me your scaring me", another time I was heading a direction that was the same as a girl was going and she was like "why are you following me?" I told her my destination is that direction and shes like "don't hurt me!". I was not glaring at them or too close to them or touching or stalking I was simply acting like any normal person. Is it that I look ugly they are scared of me when Im not doing anything?

& on top of that, they think it's funny! Do you know love is SO strong that it can make you do crazy things? Make you go out of your way to do things you don't normally do? I mean, I found out my ex was cheating, & I was SO heartbroken. I tried so hard to please him & he lied to me about simple things. He even lied to me about his tastes in music. What's that to lie about? He thought I was stupid & he was playing games left & right, & I couldn't see it. Is love REALLY that blind? @ the same time I found out he was cheating, that's when my roommate I had pulled knives on me & tried to kill me, & he didn't even care to come to my rescue. Was that enough to attempt suicide at the time? Breakup with boyfriend & attempted murder by roommate? I don't know what I did to make him hate me. He hated me so much he was too ashamed to introduce me to his mom. & then here outside people were telling me he had every right to cheat on me & leave me. I feel so useless & worthless right now.

My wedding is on nov. 2nd and i still haven't finished finalizing my guest list. I want less than 60 people there but my family keeps telling me to invite some great aunts & uncles that i could care less if they were there. The whole problem in the this is that our wedding reception & ceremony are at the same site, same room and there is not much space. that's why i wanted it to be a small wedding....but my immediate family on my dad's side is 30 people. What should I do????

The thing is, i'm not crazy about my current bf, but he treats me like a queen, and its always better to be with someone who loves you more than you love them right?

But i got out of 3 yr r/s just to jump into another serious r/s (current), so you can say i wanna have fun, and explore my options.

So comes along this man, who is hot, smart and relatively successful, and i know he's never going to fall for me, cos he's like 13 yrs older n to him, i must be just some girl he can take advantage of. But still, i'm tempted. To try something out with him perhaps?

But i've never done sth like this before (having a sexual r/s knowing the guy's not in love with me) and am afraid i'll either fall for him, or feel disgusted with myself after doing it.

What should i do? i feel like i'm losing my mind.
