Story so far...I met this guy a yr ago & we were friends but not close friends. He left for another state shortly after we met & invited me to go travelling with him. At the time I couldn't. He kept in touch by chat every few wks and we get on well. A couple of mths ago, he told me he had fallen for me& I have too but havn't told him as I'm scared its infatuation unless we spend time together. I did tell him I'm in his area in a couple of wks for work & I told him to make sure he doesnt have a girlfriend (flirting)! He said, hurry up and come here! I'm so scared. He's been in contact since & its friendly...how can I control the pace so I don't get hurt? He is very good looking, I wonder what he sees in my. I'm not a model!! He is also much younger than I am.

I was talking to someone on an online game and I think he was trying to hit on me. Anyways he asked me my nationality and I said I was half/black half/white (He was Asian by-the way.) Well, the next day he got back online and I said hello. Usually he would say "Hello" back but instead he said, "Hey girl, lol! (By-the way lol means laugh out load.) I find it peculiar that he started saying this right after I told him my nationality. Should I feel offended. Mind you, I never said "Hey girl" or anything of that nature a day in my life reasons being I feel that it is more polite to say the persons name when greeting them instead of calling them a girl.

Thank you for your answers.

Ok, it's kind of a long story so here is the short version:
I cheated on my hubby with this guy, and now I'm working in a clinic where there is a good chance I'll see him again. It was a bad break up with him when my hubby found out, my question is what should i do if he shows up as a patinet? how should i act? i don't want any problems all over again, but i don't want to quit my job. i love it. can anyone help me with some advice? also, should i tell my hubby if he does show up or that there is a chance that i will see him there? any advice would help, thanx!

i have a bro and a sis...today, my bro's gf came over for lunch..she's usually this bubbly girl and always looks so happy..but today she looked a bit depressed..i figured it could be tiredness from work..everybody sat down in the living room after lunch to watch a movie..then, i realised that my bro's gf was not there and when i went upstairs i found her crying in the room..they have been together for about 3yrs already..now theyre working and both have such hectic schedules..she was telling me of how my bro does not call her and spend time with her as much..she feels like he does not care anymore for her..moreover, she said he spends much more time with his friends and when she asks him to spend just a day out of a week with her, he is reluctant..on my bros side, he used to be uncomfortable about her being in his apartment all the time..he used to say he needed space but now they live in 2 different apartments and rarely see each other because of their busy schedules..help me please!

i am in high school now and i have so many more friends than middle school. you aren't judged as much, you have more free time, you have so many privileges, and i just love it! except this new girl is extremely pretty, extremely nice, she's not "popular" per se but everyone likes her. she's making friends with all of my friends...except me. and i'll admit it, i am jealous of her. all my guy friends like her. that doesn't really bother me, except i think i like one of my guy friends. ugh. i'm not really asking for help, i just wanted to complain. but if you can help, it would be much appreciated.

Well, there's this guy (my ex's best friend) that I have really developed a crush on. So, I think that I have no chance with him at all, what are your guy's thoughts? I'm just kidding myself if I think that I can ever have a chance with him, right?

I talk to him sometimes, but I never got the impression that he has any feelings toward me. I remember before me and my ex every went out, he said that he thought I was cute/pretty/hot.

I'm just being stupid, arent' I? I'm never going to have a chance with him, will I (b/c of my ex)? It's okay if you tell me that I'm being stupid, because I am...I guess I just develop crushes on the wrong men. = '(

Just let me know what you guys think...I think that the crush will go away eventually. It's just, this guy has the whole package like my ex never did, I think that's what attracts me to him. He is so much better then my ex...

I have always worn pantyhose with my skirt suits for work each day at the office. For some reason, my hubby developed a pretty intense fascination about it. So as I was getting ready for work one day, I asked him about it and he told me that he found it alluring and sensual when I wear pantyhose and that he was curious to experience that feeling. So I hiked up my skirt, eased out of my sheers, handed them to him, and told him to slip them on. I wasn't sure if he would actually do it, but with a little encouragement, he did. I let him keep them on for a few minutes and he went absolutely crazy over the way they felt, which I thought was kind of neat.
Now hes asked a few more times recently for me to let him wear them again. I don't want to deny it to him because of how fascinated he is and how much he liked it that one time. Plus he was so honest about sharing his feelings with me about his curiousity. Is there any harm to letting him do it again? Has anyone else encountered this?

About 4 months ago, I cheated on my finance by sending messages through the internet, I never physically cheated but I'm still completely at fault. Now, I understand most people don't change, once a cheat always a cheat. But in order for a person to change they must change for themselves, not out of consequence. I've changed, for myself and in doing so, ultimately for us and our relationship. I'm torn, she relives the event almost every day, sometimes shes happier than she's ever been and other times she's depressed thinking about this.
I feel as If I let her go, she'll be happy now and maybe she'll find someone who wouldn't do this to her. But on the other side, I love her very much and 100% know I would never hurt her again. I feel as if I can make it work until I finally prove it to her I can make her the happiest girl in the world. If I didn't believe it so strong heartedly then I wouldn't still be trying to make it work.... Advice please. Thanks

Are you with your wife or girlfriend because you want to be with her or are you still waiting for something better to come along?

It's an odd question to ask, but from what I've seen men never stop looking for somebody else.

I have been divorced 5 years. We have 4 kids together. Two are under 18. I have physical custody of the 2 at home yet. Two years ago, the 16 year old (then 14) decided to move in with her father. At her father's house there was no rules. No curfew. All the money she could ask for. But no love and no compassion. I did not want to to leave, but I had no choice. She was old enough in the courts eyes to make her own mind up which parent she was to live with. She lived with him for two years. The ex did not enforce my visitation. Instead he allowed her to run. I tried hard to get her to move in with me. She refused, telling me she knew I loved her unconditionally, but if she were to move out her dad would hate her. (my ex is a very verbally abusive, manipilative, hateful man.) For two years it broke my heart to see what was happening to my daughter. She told me she hated her living envirnment. That she stayed in her room instead of interacting with her dad's new family.

I have been with my girlfriend for 3 years. We get into some heated sessions but we have never had sex. I am a believer in waiting till marriage to have sex. The temptation is so urging though, i just want to already. Though then it would never be the same when I am married and can say to my wife that I am a virgin. She is kind of pressuring me a bit and I feel like i want to give in but I havent. I dont know what to do.Please help.

My solution is to go out of town on family weekends. I expect the next thirty years to be this way. Does anyone have any ideas? My family is judgemental, selfish, closeminded, uptight, one way, and mean.

My children have had to share a room when the visit their Dad on weekends. He has moved and now they have 1 bedroom for all 3 of them. I'm not comfortable with my 13 yo daughter having to share a room w/her 10 yo brother. Are there any regulations regarding parental visitation and shared bedrooms in MA? Or is it just a personal judgement call?
