NO I am not asking to be MEAN...it’s just that all these people keep asking on here if guys/girls like fat boys/girls and everyone is like yea.......LOOKS don't matter. But in reality a lot of people DO care about looks.........and I know for a FACT that half of the men/women would NOT date a FAT person...Am I RIGHT....? (The other half is FAT)

NOW, my opinion is that people who are FAT can CHANGE that about themselves, they can workout and become healthier so YES I find it UNATTRACTIVE.......It shows laziness and are unhealthy...It may take a while, but if they are trying thats GOOD start...

We have been happily married 16 yrs..He has lied and kept stuff from me in the past(nothing bad like cheating)..In the past yr or so i have paid more attention to this situation..Last yr he lied about numerous things which i found out about so i had a talk with him and he said he wouldnt do it anymore well he did it again and so i had another talk with him and he promised me he would be open and honest with me from that day on..This was last yr and i hope he has..So my question is should i believe/trust him on his promise..Other then this we have no other problems.

My boyfriend is every women dream. He is very smart (going to law school), tall (6'2''), sporty (college football player), good looking, etc. ...

Well, he has his problems. He does not like to show his feelings (to me), very egocentric, very stubborn, very short temper, and act baby sometimes, etc.

In the past 3 years, we don't get along very well. We almost break up two times. The only thing that keep us going is we have a very strong physical connection (lust&love)

I am tired of all the dramas and want to leave him. To be honest, I am hanging on because I afriad I could not find any better guys.

I know, I am stupid.

What do you think? Thank you so much for your help.

I love my husband... but he's controlling. And it's driven me to sneak smoking... Anyone else ever encounter this?! Although I know I can't blame him for my smoking... and I know I need to quit... Just wondering if anyone else sneaks smoking... And if your spouse found out would it be a "deal breaker" in your marriage???

This is complicated, bear with me. A couple of years ago I found my birth fathers family - he was dead, but I found 2 half brothers and a half sister.
All has been fine untill this summer when my half sister brought her 5 children to stay with us for a holiday - they are between 5 and 17 .
They basically wrecked the house, they refused to eat at the table and would only eat crisps and chips, they threw knives at each other (in the end we had to lock them away), would'nt flush toilets ( whatever was in there) and swore constantly.
She claims 2 of them have ADHD, but I noticed that they can sit at a computer or TV screen for a couple of hours happily. Because of this she refuses to discipline them and laughs at their behaviour. She has also spread some nasty rumours about me to my birth family, they don't believe them, but won't allow her to be confronted.
I really don't want her back again but don't want to fall out with my brothers. Help!

I was raised by bypolar people (stepmom) people more concerded with there signifigant others than me (father) and by someone who cared for me very deeply (Mom)
Heres how it happend
when I was 8 my parents got divorced because my dad cheated. Then he met a woman who was bypolar and was quite the pill popper. One day she loved me the next day she couldn't stand any of us her kids me my sister and my father family meeting were basically well scarey they never hit us but it diDn't feel like they were far from it.
My Mom was devestated she cried alot I later found out my father tried to choke her when she found receipts from a hotel in his pocket he ended up letting her go I still feel horrible for my reaction "Don't talk about my Dad like that"!
My Dad and his GIRLFRIEND tried to make us not like our Mom any fight we had they tried to make us think she loved me or my sister more.6 years into this hell and My mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer.to be continued what can I DO?

I've never been on a date at university. I'm not into university type social activities (drinking, clubbing, parties) or social organizations. I am, however, very outgoing in class, and get along very well with people. I simply don't care to socialize outside of class. I'm in 4th year, so my classes are small. I broke up with my ex about 8 months ago. We were together for 9 years and had a baby together. Our daughter passed away from SIDS when she was four months old and it hit us both very hard. He started drinking way too much and at the end of our relationship started to hurt me with more than just his words and play mind games with me. He was my first love and I do love him but I will never go back to him. He called a mutual friend today and told her that he needed to speak to me to basically say he is sorry and to wish me luck. I don't know if I can handle it. Should I talk to him and get it over with or should I just let it be? Do you think it will help me or hurt me?

Hi, my names Jenny and I'm training to be a nurse,I'm 18 and from Philly.
I was going out with a guy I thought was really sweet for a long time but we broke up recently,I ended it, no animosity we'd grown apart.
