my hubby needs a lil incentive.... any ideas?
i'd like to hear some guy points of view...

The brain is the biggest sex organ- Have him thinking about sex before he comes home. Ex.. call him up at work, till him what you are going to do for/to him when he gets off work,leave love notes on IM or his lunch, pillow, mirror etc...Men like to hear compliments ... (Especially in front of other women) and Thank-yous also. Blindfold him & feed him different foods ala 91/2 weeks movie. Ask him to dance with you, lights down low, candles etc...Sexy nighties or no clothes always get their attention, especially if it is done unexpectantly. Men are not so different from us at all, they want attention paid to them, someone to listen to them, someone to hold. Does your eyes light up when He walks into a room? Does he know he is the most important person in the world to you?
Only takes a spark to create a fire!

How did you get him interested when you were dating? Or in the early stages of your intimate relationship? Do those same things.
Other ideas - IF these are things you are comfortable with - would be to visit your local adult store and browse around. Toys, videos, costumes - anything that sparks your imagination is usable.
Watch a porn flick together - there are varying types from soft core to hard core, so you just need to find what you feel comfortable watching.
Read some erotic literature together - maybe act out a few of the scenes.
Perhaps try giving each other an all over body massage - any massage can become erotic if you want it to.
Play a "couples" board game - Foreplay and An Enchanted Evening are good ones that help to give ideas and aren't "dirty" (unless you want them to be).
Share a shower or even a bubble bath - wash each other up and enjoy the intimacy of it.
The ideas and possibilities are endless - be open to new options.
The very best idea - talk with your spouse. Maybe you each have a fantasy (or a few ) that you haven't shared with each other ... perhaps you could live them out? But talk with each other and see what types of ideas you would both be open to and comfortable with.

Mamamia hinted at a good general direction. I'm just relaying the experience I had in a relationship. She ( Yvonne ) was always a little spiffed up with light makeup and shiny hair. She always wore her clothing in a revealing way.(At least at home.) Her one and only smile for me was her 'I want to play' smile. She was usually bra-less when around the house.( More comfortable ) Her movements were generally suggestive and seductive, even when just cleaning house. Think outside of the bedroom. Cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie (doesn't have to be a porn) and get busy on the couch. Have a naked video night. (sit together naked with popcorn and drinks and watch a movie you both like). Don't forget car sex. In the shower, kitchen table, on the stairs. Sexy clothes don't have to be expensive lingerie. (My wife wears just a Tshirt that comes to mid butt and it drives me crazy. She just wears it around the house, cooking, playing with the cats, picking up things off the floor and pointing her butt at me. For dinner, she turns my chair sideways to the table, then straddles my lap in her Tshirt and feeds me so my hands are free. I always end up eating cold dinner when she does that. LOL) Play a board game or mini golf for "penalties." Go naked all day on the other's birthday.

Dress up for him.... Look cute... Look sexy. Clean. Make sure he's fed and the house is clean and let your hair down... I mean really look good for him. Whether your fat, skinny, tall, short... HE finds you sexy!!! YOU are HIS type! He loves YOU!!! It's easy to get into the "not get fixed up" routine... Get fixed up!
