Hi everybody,

I am 22 years old. I just broke up with my boyfriend of 4 years. I thought, he is my true love and the one for me---I was wrong. In the past couple years, I have been hanging on to the relationship because I was blind and foolish. I am now embarrassed :)

I know you guys have much more experiences than I do. It would be very kind of you if you want to share them with me. I want to learn from you guys.

the mother child and myself had a dna test done . i paid 575.00 for the test it said i was not the father. so she took the test to child support they refuse to stop it we use the same people orchid cellmark that they use. ok finally got a judge to hear the case . now childsupport wants another test got the appointment yesterday to top it off it's with the same people orchid cellmark same place we went to in the begin it was the test that would stand up in court. the way i see it is why should we have to keep putting ourselves and the child through this embarssement. when we all know i'm not this child father she knew it to that's why she finally agreed on having the test done. if they are going to use the same place we already went to so what's the point of keep putting us through this we had the test back in feb of 2007 they refused to do anything and when we went to court child support lawyer tried to tell the judge that he didn't know anything about this place we had it done at.

My boyfriend and I broke up almost a month ago. He still talks to me every day, we see each other, other than going to work and to the gym the only person he he hangs out with is me. We have a lot of things that are joined, such as our phone bill, a gym membership, keys to each other's cars, and just the other day I saw my pictures are still in his wallet. And I found out my pictures are still up in his room. He still calls me by my nicknames he gave me, he calls me sunshine, and last night he called me sweetie. He broke up with me, he said he needed "me" time. But he initiates every conversation. He's privately called numbers I have talked to, to see who they were. And he's logged into some of my accounts so I have changed the passwords. I know he's not talking to anyone, and when we went out this past week he paid for my meal. I have a daughter, who is not his, and he still has toys, her car seat, and a stroller in his truck that he hasn't taken out. I'm confused! Any advice?

OK, So my girlfriend broke up with me. She started being distant and eventually she did it. She said she didn't feel right around me anymore, and that she just wanted to be mates. Something changed because up until a few weeks ago she was really in to me... I know she has feelings for someone else, someone she cant have... which might have been a factor. There is also a really good friend of hers (old friend, whos a guy that she went out with before) who she is really close to, and I always worried she could go back to him at some point (he lives farish away). But as you can see already, its all very complicated.

Well she said our personalities clash or something, that was one of a few excuses though, she couldn't really be clear about it. Problem is I still have strong feelings for her, and sometimes she shows signs she still might be interested... she still wants to be friends, and I'll always want her in my life... I'm just so torn, it's killing me that I cant be with her...

Did you hang on to your marriage bed or sell it, donate it ect.. I built a beautiful large log bed that took weeks. After my divorce it just doesn't have any meaning any more as I'm starting a new life with new chapters. Thinking of dismantling and storing it...or firewood..lol.. I love my girlfriend, she is smat and supportive and i think she will be a good mother. But she lives in a different city and we are planning to marry after one and half year because of her job. But last year I met this woman (coworker). She is so cute and attractive. I know it is wrong but I slept with her.. I thought it was just one time thing, but I am attracted and it is hard to resisit the desire. I like the woman as a person, too and I would like to keep the friendship...What is wrong with me? Do you live outside India, and visit it once in 1 or 2 or 3 years? We do. We've lived outside India for over 15 years, and each time we visit India it is a nerve-wracking time. And funny thing is, it has nothing to do with the often mentioned pollution, traffic, bribes etc, these are things that we take in stride. It is always to do with people - family, friends and how everyone tries to manage our trip for us.
And, of course, the in-laws factor. They just have to screw up our trip in one way or another. We learn from each trip, and then, bing, they have a new way of messing it up next time.
We fight over an India-trip like we fight over nothing else, and we always need a vacation after an Indian vacation.

Do you also dread the very idea of India trip? And almost wish you didn't have to go? Spend so much time and money and come back more stressed out? What bugs you the most about visiting India?

Last night I saw my ex bf at a party. I was with a new guy that I'm talking to, and he got upset because he claimed I was at HIS friends house, and he wanted me to leave. He knows I'm friends with them too. Anyways, he got upset and left. I ended up calling him later on so we could settle things. He said he just didn't like that I was with another guy, at our friends house, and that he would never do that to me. We talked for a while, and he said he still loved me and always will, and sounded like he was going to cry, and then quickly said he had to go. Hes the one that broke up with me claiming it wasn't working out because we faught to much. But its obvious he still cares about me, but is there a chance be may come back? I miss him so much and just dont understand why he doesn't want to work it out? Guys--whats the longest you needed space before realizing you belonged back together with your ex?
