I think what he is saying is that your not the kind of girl he would marry that your presentation is not what he wants.. He may want someone more low key and not someone that is presenting them self's as out there.

It means that he wants sex and nothing more, but if you are willing to fall for him, he may not be there. A guy telling a girl that she's hot means nothing. It's the oldest line in the book. Guys do that since there a re a lot of girls that hearing that they are hot is the key to getting in their panties. Don't be that easy. If you want more and that's all he's giving, don't fall for that, you could end up getting hurt.

He is basically saying that he doesn't want you to think that he wants you to be his girlfriend. So he doesn't want to mess around with you because he thinks you'll probably get attatched to him and ASSUME he likes you more than he really does.
Or to be blunt, he only wants you for sex.
So he doesn't want to mislead you and make you THINK there is something more between you two then there really is.
