But he filed an annulment case when our daughter was just 1 month old,
The question is......
Can my daughter still have the right for her visa??

Where can I go to start working on her visa.....

OK well we are separated and have been for almost five months now. We have two kids and one on the way. She is 800 miles away. We talk almost everyday. but when we do she just confuses me more and more into an almost insane state of mind. She says its over and then she will call back and say I'm sorry you know its not. She say im just so confused. i know she isnt cheating because she is pregnant with my baby. recently she sent a discreet pic of herself. its like she has one foot still with me and one foot out the door.

I'm a single mom of two kids. My x's brother and I have always been close. He broke his back falling off a roof at work. Since then I moved my kids and got a bigger place to make things more easy for him. His back is well healed now but he still has pain. My problem is, is that he is a slob and say's he can't do anything not even carry milk home from the store!!! He won't do dishes although he eats like a pig 5-8 times a day!! I told him to buy himself plastic plates!! I have become a slave to this household and I hate it. I've done all the talking possible and I would move on but I can't afford to move and I just want to dissapear with my kids. I have been to nice I belive and harshly taken advantage of. of course I can't explain it all in here but if anyone has some adivce that would be great..thanks

I know all of us either were, or are still somewhat shy at a young age, but is it possible that a female in her mid 20's could be too shy to tell me she likes me? Lots of flirting and playing around, and other stuff goes on between us. If it wasn't for the age difference (I'm 10 years her elder) and she's a coworker, I would of asked her out awhile ago. But for some reason, I'm thinking she's just to shy to tell me. I've asked lots of female friends about what she does to me and does it seem like she likes me. Almost all of them tell me that it sounds like she likes me.

But are females that age (mid 20s) still shy sometimes when it comes to displaying their feelings? I always thought it was the guys who were hesistant to express their feelings.

My significant other and I were intoxicated and a disagreement got out of hand. It escalated into him close fist punching me in the face. He called the police. He was charged with domestic violence. The argument was pointless, it was mostly alcohol that was the problem. We have both sworn off it permentantly. Can a relationship get over something like this if both partners are willing to go through extensive counseling or once this happens do you call it quits?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about a month now, but we've been best friends for almost a year. We have already said that we loved eachother before we started dating, but jokingly or as brother and sister...
He's quite shy and has never had a girlfriend before... and I don't want to scare or freak him out by telling him that I love him, for real...

How long should I wait?

I love my boyfriend but I never see him. He works 3 hours away and sometimes can come home on the weekends. We get along great and everything. My best friend on the other hand is always there for me. Why are people so mean when it comes to that? My boyfriend is black and im white and everytime people see us out in public they are sooo mean. And we love each other so much. But if they look at us that way how are they gonna look at our kids? My boyfriend tells me not to worry about it but if my family found out, they would "disown me". And it hurts because when we have kids my family wouldnt love them. What should i do?

My sons father has one full day of visitation every other weekend but I haven't heard from him in over a month. Am I supposed to tell the courts or anything like that? If I don't have to then I won't because the guy I'm with now is a better father figure and loves my son more than the poor excuse of a man that helped create him, so I'm not worried about him missing out on "daddy" time. He doesn't even recognize pictures of his biological father anymore so if I don't HAVE TO contact anyone to report him than I won't. Thanks to anyone who answers!

my father is from country side, narrow minded, very generalized. he works hard and saves money and $hit, but he doesnt care family from 'inside'. he always blame other people, especially my mother, for his faults

my mother is from city, open mined, out going, always cheerful and warm hearted. she's a stereotypical mom. and she's also my role model.

they arent ideal couple, but mother was almost forced to get married to him.
she really had hard life with him but she moved along without fuss. he always verbally attacks mother and i tell him not to. but i guess he think i'm still a kid(im 18)

mom asked me today about my opinion on divorce. and i definitely agreed. she said we need to watch how things go, but i cant take this anymore.
that man made my mother's life into misery, and yet he didnt appologized once

i feel pity for father, since he worked hard on his job to carry his family, but he i wont wanna see my mom unhappy anymore

Why is it soo hard. I feel like my two best friends are soo sick of hearing me whine. But no matter how close I get I chicken out. No job no stability....sometimes here seems better. I would rather live in chaos than move in with relatives and be uncomfortable or cause anyone else discomfort. I feel like why make others suffer for my mistakes. I don't want me or my children to be anyone elses burden. But...I'm sooo tired of carrying this cross. No one knows not family not friends, just my best friends. They say leave...well yeah but why is it soo hard. Why do you wake up wanting that person to just say sorry and mean it this time. To not be selfish! I think it will never happen... but find myself still waiting and wanting.
Aghhh How do I get my nerve up and go! I've never even called the cops on him for the abuse. He's either not let me or I've chickened out. I can't tell you how many police stations I have walked into hiding bruises under my clothes and just couldn't do it! WHY?

has mood swings. Is generally really nice but can't take criticism of his actions. Anger management. Pays for friends food and movie ticket etc... just so they can hang out with him. Hangs out nearly 100% of the time(literally). Has zero respect for money(thousands dollars in debt). Low self esteem. Fails college(even though hes pretty smart). He looks like he is digging his own grave and he does not care. Does not listen to parents. What can we do about him? should we take him to a psychologist?

With 3 different guys. Last guy she says she is in love with, and not me. BUT, always a but right? She says to everyone including New Love, that I am the Best father in the world. And she says to everyone that I am her BEST friend. affair with new love started july 1 2007. me and wife had had sex, but not made love in a LONG time. She told me all this August 3. On August 11, we started making love! We are also communicating better and actually talking. But she still maintains that she is in love with New Love, and isnt in love with me. Holding her we both say we love each other. We did start talking last night about sleeping apart, and how the lovemaking would only happen when we needed (or wanted) it. she says counseling fine to keep our friendship only. She also says plans on moving in with him in January. we have 2 kids 7 & 5. She is not suppose to have any more kids, medically. Lot more but thats enough for now

when they got married she had to leave as soon as she could. there was a new movie she had not seen. so you know how much money she put into the wedding. [she did buy dress]
in july they had baby 2 months early, they came home for 2 days to check on things, while here opened checking account for wife. few days later banker calls, I R S froze account, mother in law used daughters social secertary number for her bussiness and did not pay sales tax.
it really makes me mad, what should son do.
