She is right however. It is a strange sort of question to put up on here and any 13 year old girl who replies to it would need her head examined. For saftey reasons I certainly wouldn't advise it.
If you are a 13 year old boy, ask your parents about the safety on the internet code and why you shouldn't ask questions like that and why!!
