i have a daughter from a Japanese guy,
But he filed an annulment case when our daughter was just 1 month old,
The question is......
Can my daughter still have the right for her visa??

Where can I go to start working on her visa.....

Not enough info. Are you married? Where do you live and where was she born? Does he want custody? Can you contact the embassy for the country you will be living in?

What country do you live in? If you live in the USA and your daughter was born here then she is a US citizen. If that's the case, she probably doesn't even need a visa.
