okay my brother got drunk tonight and his room is across from myne and hes in bed but he keeps mumbling a lot and he even sed he loved me and he never says that and im scared bc a few minutes ago he was gagging hellp

The gagging is a bad sign. Go into his room, make sure he's breathing and try to either prop him on a pillow or roll him onto his side.
Sometimes when you drink too much, you can vomit- and you can choke on your vomit- this is probably why he's gagging. Just make sure he's still breathing and roll him onto his side.
If you have parents there to help, GET THEIR HELP!!
When people drink, they lose the ability to censor what they say. So sometimes they say things they wouldn't say normally, even if they mean them. So he probably DOES love you - but just doesn't say it that much. Sometimes the alcohol will just let you say things you wouldn't otherwise say.

Let a parent know and if he keeps acting weird, call 911. Make sure he's not laying flat because if he vomits he can choke to death in his sleep.

i am so sorry you have to put up with this where are your parents and what is he doing? is he older then you are you alone or what? you need to have him get help for driknign right away tell the folks and he'll not die i am sure but hes needing big help.

roll him over on his stomach and make sure he is breathing OK and he will be fine.
