She found out about my recent affair with my secretary and hit the roof!! I told her twice I was sorry once in a text message and the other time was on a friends phone when I was at a party. She didnt accept it and told me I was a "horrible person". Now I feel deeply hurt by this and cant bring myself to forgive her for saying that.

Please can you give me some advice so I can get over this insult and let her back in the house. I think its silly her living in a tent in my front lawn!

My dad left my mom one year ago. He always was mad couldnt take the blame for anything he used to complain to get a free meal. He tried to kill our family by taking us to get mcdonalds almost every meal even though he is a doctor and makes a lot of money he always said he had no money so he wouldnt get us anything nice. He never held the door for my mom very ungentlemanly. Never gave my mom anything good for there anervirsery. Caused my brother to have a jacked up leg by using physical action with him. Lifted my sister up by her ears!!!! used to get mad at stuff thats not even good enough to get mad at used to never let us play he would never let me do anything fun.

i'm a 44 year old divorced, school teacher. i have known this particular 19 years-old gal since she was 17. i have done everything possible to be in her good books like providing her with pocket money, as well as fetching and sending her back to her college which is many hundred miles away from where her folks and i live. earlier her family coaxed me into an engagement with her which i accepted though i wasnt financially stable yet (my divorce settlement squeezed every last penny out of my pocket). the wedding was planned for next year. 3 mnths after the engagement, the gal asked 4 d engagement to be broken off. for ur info, i am more embarassed than angry coz at such a matured age, i could not see the game she was playing. her parents have dared to say a word about it. i am wondering, why they asked me to propose and get engaged with the gal in the 1st place without making sure she was ready for it?

I've told my son I wish he would wait until after college to get married & that I think he's moving too fast, but no matter what I tell him he's not going to call off the engagement...he's already asked her to marry him!! So the other day he asked me to make some calls for him pertaining to the engagement ring & I did, but my husband keeps telling me "Don't feed into it," "Don't encourage it," "You better have another talk with him." Don't I have the right to enjoy it since it's my first child to get married whether it's right or wrong? What are your opinions?

Last night my boyfriend left me saying I killed all the love he felt for me but he asked me to not get out of his life, be friends with him no matter what. I sent him several SMS and in the last I asked him to talk. When I called him to his cell phone the first time it did ring but after it was off. I feel so empty. On Monday I start to work again after several years without working because I was taking care of my mom (she got cancer) and my sister (she needed me because she was studying medicine and needed so much support)...I need to have a smiling face because it is customer service...how could I smile now? I can't. I took this job thinking about going to him and now it doesn't matter anymore...

all men i am dating want to screw me on the 1st date an d point that in a more direct or indirect way! That is souch a turn-off!!! what happened to "getting to know eachother better?" this cousin of mine; i dont know whether he likes me or not but he's into sexual contact with me.when i was a kid, he wud takes my hands n rub his penis with my fingers. he wud slip his hands thru my dress n squeeze my breasts . once , when i was changing clothes , he somehow got thru the back door & saw me naked. he stared at me like a hungry dog . i got scared & ran into the bathroom.

this iranian girl whom i had problems with bordering on racial,(i'm asian american,so perhaps there were some cultural things that caused both of us to react in harsh manners)will sometimes look at me when i'm not looking(the lookaway)gaze at me from a distnce,try to get my attention,etc.....We were pretty harsh to each other(again racial things,)and i only had 1 good conversation with her last month where i was pretty much respectful,restrained my temper,etc....and refused to lose my temper and banter with her.I ignored her after that because i didn't trust her and didn't want to give my cards away to her.Why would she still act like this?

i know this question not all about dating but it pertin to singles and what im gonna do with my life an i just look for a little advice. here the situation, im live at home with my family oldes of seven child (im 18). its very rural part of philippines and very traditional. im not allow to date. the way of the oldes girl is to help mother with chores an raises the other child. there no money for me to go to college, but my brother is 16 an very smart. so im think about take a job sewing so i can help send him to college after he graduate hs. with my money an then my dad maoney may be he can go. then after college he can help the little ones with the tuition. if im go to work, i cant help my mom so much. an after my bro graduate it to late for me. so my only option in life really is get marry. but for now the choice is stay home or go to work in cloths factry. nether choice is to excite for me but if im go outside the house may be i can meet some one?

im going out with this one guy (kinda). we've talked on the phone quite a few times, sometimes hours at a time.. but hardly any of those "meaningful" deep conversations... we met about a month ago and we're still trying to get to know each other.

and when we're together in person i always feel a friendly vibe. i'm not sure how to get closer to him. i don't want to be just friends. we've gone out 3 times and he's a sweet guy but i think he's scared to make the first move. we both like each other, but we've never held hands, kissed, or anything physical. and i dont know how or when to make the first move, but i dont want to wait for him to! lol. and i can't really tell him how i feel just yet because i'm waiting it out, i think this could turn into a bf/gf relationship but it's too early to say how i feel just yet...

what should i do?
