Okay my hubby bid a painting job for a 3 story rental house he asked his friend who has no job to help as the job had to be done in 10 days. My hubby told his friend he would split the profit 50/50 that was a mistake this "friend" has not done nothing but tape things off he will not pick up a paint brush. He has not done a thing he has said he would do. Did not show up to work 3 of the days. Now I am helping paint to get this job done. I do not think he deserves 1/2. I don't think he should get much of anything. My hubby is very mad and will never hire him again but does not want to lose him as a friend . Question is should we still give him 1/2 of the profit? No there is no contract with him.

i have this girl in my neighbourhood whom i got to know recently. i like her very much. we ended up talking and i managed to get her mobile number too. i asked her if there was any problem if i sms or contacted her. she said she has no problem of the sort and that i could sms her anytime. she studies in a college and i in a university. so our timings are different, but i thought sms was the key. i could still be in touch with her. The problem now begins....i sms her whenver i can to know how she is doing, but she never replied to my sms. i got worried and i met her again. asked her if she was ok with me and my sms. was i disturbing her? she said its nothing of the sort. that it was OK to send her sms and that she was fine with me. But why the hell then she is not replying to my sms?!!! what should i do?

got into fight w/my bf 3 weeks ago (been together for almost 3 years) due to me having PMDD and being stupid (i am seeing a counselor and on meds)

day after the fight his grandpa passed away (he wasn't real close to him) and he flew home for funeral. i called him nite before to tell him i was sorry and sad-he was nice but seemed preoccupied. said he would call in a couple of days and he loved me.

made mistake of calling him while he was gone for computer help-he didnt answer or call back

emailed him few days later to see if he was home safe and doing ok (asked if he could help me change turn signal light in my car). he replied saying he was home,would help me,and he loved me. asked what day i wanted to come over. i replied saying friday was ok w/me-no answer back.

fixed the light myself b/c i felt bad for asking him to do things for me after being so mean to him and not caring about his feelings. i was selfish and knew it.

I've been going out with this person for more than 7 years. got married last year. he had a big sexual interesting with me those days. but after getting married, i found that is no more interested.... I have been with my partner for 3 years. Most of the time we get on really well but since we have been together we have constantly had money problems. I left a really good job in the city I was living in to be with him. Since I moved to be with him I havent been able to secure a permanent job for two years, my salary through temp work is lower and job prospects not as good as other places. He has a permanent job which pays ok, but I am still the main earner by a long way and each month there is more pressure on me to make money and provide. I find myself resenting him as I have not been able to secure permament work but still having to provide for both of us. He refuses to move somewhere else and I feel frustrated by his lack of support and lack of drive to secure better employment. The strain of not knowing if we can pay our bills each month really gets to me, and part of me just wants to go it alone, so I'm not having to provide for someone else. What would you do?

ok, i have feelings for my step-cousin-ish, let me explain; my aunt's husband died so she re-married and the cousin i like is the guy she re-married's nephew so we're not all that related, anyways, he's 19 and i'm only 14, don't say i'm too young i already know this, but i just want to know how not have feelings for him like this, i've had crushes before and this feels completely different, ever since my parents died my older bro is a cop and hardly did anything with me and one day we went to his house he was the only one who did anything with me for such a long time and that meant a lot, ( i know it sounds corny but that's how i feel) and i can't ever stop thinking about him i mean before i met him i never really cared, i never wore make up, i always used to re-wash the same shirt and pants almost every day and since i met him and i see him a lot more i wear different clothes, how do i stop feeling for him like this? if i told him would that help

Right or wrong, I have been having sexual relationship with my half-brother since I was 15. I am now 27 and he is 29. Over the years we have been very involved and I've even had abortion twice after becoming impregnated by him (I've always used the pill but they are not 100%). Also, I've always felt guilty about the relationship but at the same time, I had been very sexually and emotionally attached to him. But now, I am getting married to this guy I love and I told my brother that we have to end the relationship. He quickly told me that he didn't want to end it and that he loves me (he even told me that we can move to Sweden and actually get married there since there is no such incest laws...). I told him I couldn't do that. Then, one thing led to another and he even went as far as to tell me that unless I breakup with my fiance, he would tell him and everyone else about our long history of relationship. I really don't know what to do....

im 16 my dad is 37. yesterday me and him played tennis, i had never played before so i wasnt very good, and he was really good, and in the nicest way he is fat. he barely broke a sweat, but i was out of breath, and red in the face, plus today my musles hurt but that might be for running a half mile. but do you stll think its sad me getting beat by him?

So, all my friends have started doing drugs. Almost everday now. It's starting to get actually ridiculous. I am what you say "above the influence" I will never touch or go near drugs. But it seems like im losing all my friends.
I have a boyfriend of 3 years, and he's amazing, but sometimes i just need to hang with the girls. Do you have any idea of what to say or tell them that will make them understand me? Every time i try to mention it, they just block me out or get pissed off.

I filed for divorce and am moving on. My wife and I started off bad, it was all wrong. We eventually came around and learned to enjoy each other's company. Yet, for quite a few months now things have been hard and I learned of many deceptions and mistrust on her part. She always brings out the worst in me. Since the separation, I started talking to someone else (just talking) and she has turned out to be the most amazing person I have considered for love. I have known her for over 10 years and we just happened to be getting out of relationships. Both of us have never felt like this or BEGAN like this with anyone. However, my soon to be ex is "reforming" and has been doing everything to win me back, swearing to change...etc. I love the woman I have been talking to and feel new feelings for her I have never felt EVER. But I am feeling nostalgic about my wife. Maybe I am used to being in bad relationships. I know she wont change...I know she is bad for me. How do I let go?

My man and I have some problems. Although we were both born in England, his family are muslim. He, however, doesn't practice. My belief is that you accept an individual as they are and when we first met, over a year ago, I told him that I have a 'western' lifestyle. Although he accepts this, he's worried about what his parents will think. They live overseas and are due to come & visit soon. He said that if we go to a restaurant, he would not want me to drink a glass of wine in front of them. He also said that he doesn't want me to admit I am an atheist. My reaction was: why can't you accept me as I am in front of them? Just because I enjoy a glass of wine, it doesn't make me an evil person. I refused to live a lie in front of anyone and asked him to accept me as I am. He ended up in tears, saying he was confused and didn't know what to do cos he loves me but wants to make them happy too. I suggested that perhaps he marry someone of his parent's choice or be his own man and be with a woman that makes HIM happy. Tired of it all, I asked him to leave. Today he texted me to say he needs to sort himself out and won't stand in the way of my happiness. Shall I wait to see what happens or just move on? It's a shame cos we both love one another but I don't see why I should fundamentally change who I am for anyone.

I been married over 3 years. Lived with my husband for only 1 year.He cheated and I was gone ever since. Don't know where he is at and I really no longer care. I hear that he's a low life with no job, living house to house etc. I really want a divorce or annulment!! I know I was young and naive! I'm 22 yrs. old now and he's 29. Just don't know how to start..We have no kids or property. What happens if he can't be located? or if he is located and he does not want to get a divorce? How long would it take? Do I have to face the judge and how long would that be?? I'm sooo stress out with these constant migraines because I really want to be cut loose from him completely!

I'm seriously depress. How much money would it be? Is annulment difficult? What are the procedures? We got married in Nevada,and are living in CA los angeles now. Can I divorce here? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
