my dad is constantly going on telling me how he doesnt want me to start dating a guy until after college and he wants to meet him. even if i have a guy freind, my dad wants to talk to him on the phone (i never let him, though). but he's never been like that with my big brother. when my brother was 14, he was dating a 16 y/o girl, and my dad didnt even care.
what gives?

I am so sick of this woman. She cheated on him twice for long periods of time while they were married. They had been seperated for three years when I met him. However, we have been together for quite a while now and she is still calling him and trying to get him to leave me, telling him that he can have the couch in her house. The only problem in our marriage is this woman. I know he dosn't encourage this behavior, however what can I do to get her to stop it. They have children together so contact is important as is a non combative environment with their parents. I am really feeling ticked today.

we had a fight . i said something stupid. she gave me silent treatment inthe car.then when i got home i called she answered we talked.. general stuff tho.she had another call so she had to go.. her mom. i tried to call later she wouldnt answered. yesterday she didnt texted me nor call me.. is she waiting for me to call her? should i wait til she calls... that night i did apogolze 5x.does she need to cool down?

We love each other for nearly 6 years. Last year we became more closed after both our families knows bout us. I care and loved him so much. We do kiss and sometimes romance. He like me play with his. Things as couples was fine. He do love me too but just dont understand why he changed. He too excited with his chat friends. He start to hide with me and meet the girls. He knew that i trusted him so much. My instict showed me that he is doing things behind me. I started to investigate and got to know so much stories. He is basically flirting behing me.He started this like a year ago. He chat and send phone messages very often. He never told them that he got gf. He talk bout romance to them. But he never say he love to any of them. I caught him and spoke to him. He said that he will change. But he repeated again after 6 months. Now i totally mad and nearly be crazy. I told him to just end the relationship. Now he telling that he want marry me n only love me. I wish i am a psychic. so hurt!

I have done everything I could to try to get child support from my ex husband, now he is getting a felony. I sent his mom and his best friend a letter with my phone number on it to call me before he ends up getting arrested. Do I just sit and wait to see what happens? He lives in a different state and I know how difficult it is going to be to catch him. He keeps running and I don't know what to do.

i have been divorced of 11 yrs i get my daughter every other weekend and holidays, every year we go back to court because of lies the 13 yr will say about me and my new family.she has stole from me, lies to me, we go to family counsling (court appointed) and i am always made out to be the wrong one.. anymore when she comes over we cant wait untill its time for her to go home. she has to younger sisters that now wonder why she has to come over, when all she does is complan that shes there. i wonder if its time for me to just give up?

My parents and my bf's parents had alot of disagreements. My mum and his dad really can't stand each other. She thinks his dad is cheap and he thinks she's a phony.
My bf proposed, according to my culture our parents interfere to the max,sadly.
Now one day before our engagement my mum had a fight with his parents. None of them can stand the other.
Our engagement was 4 days before he travelled abroad fo his master degree. Now he's abroad. Only my dad is on my side now.
What should I do to fix things between both sides? He's coming in december.

My husband and me just got married last mnth but he spending our money and I not sure where it is going because there is nothing to show for it But the huge problem is that our rent is late because he did this last week to and the week before and we had 250 set aside and today I found out that all he has left is a 100.00. He says he spending it on things we need if that is the case why did I have to pull money out of the christmas funds for diapers and milk. What is going on. HELP ME!!! He won't hand his checks over so I can manage the money we have 2 kids and we can not be on the street because of this.

My ex-boyfriend broke up with me half a year ago. It has been so hard and so hurtful. I tried to move one, I have told him that the only way for me to feel better is to cut all contact with him. He did not understand and he was actually telling me that I am cruel to do this. Everytime I distance myself because it's so hard, I still love him, he begs me to answer and to talk to him. He says he has a hard time as well. We agreed to meet and I have booked my ticket to go and see him. He asked me today if I already booked it and I said yes. He said he is annoyed as he wants to go his friend's birthday party and now he cannot as I have already paid for the ticket. I feel so upset. I told him that he should go to the party and that I cancel the ticket. He is saying that he can't do that but he is upset he can't go to this party. I dont know what to do. He wanted to meet to talk about everything face to face but now he wants to go partying instead? What should I do?

I just saw that alot of you gave awsome ideas to "ben's girl" and thought that you could help me with mine. I need about 28 ideas though. I am giving tree seedlings as favors so i thought about maybe naming each table a differant kind of tree or go with differant Fall things such as ghourds, etc.... Any ideas? For centerpieces, i have glass vases with candles and around that i am putting craft straw and was going to put leaves, pinecones, indian corn, and so on. Any cool thoughts??Thanks

I find this happening a lot lately, and I feel awkward about it. I had been accostumed to having men approach and broach conversation if they found me attractive (foreign men still do this, not white American men). I feel unsure about myself in turning this around, but the behaviour I'm seeing seems to suggest that I'm supposed to if I ever want to have a date again. With Internet dating and a host of other sociocultural neuroticisms, it i becoming impossible to connect with people because of changes in behaviors and expectations between men and women. Do men call women "psycho" because they have been "found out"..just curious..Like if I was lied to several times by the same man and he deceived me and my friends/family.Well I am talking about the same man I surprised him with a visit..even though he "invited" me to see him I called 'his bluff" and went even though I said I wasn't coming..Surprise dear!!he says I didn't see stuff that I saw..he tries to say he didn't say stuff that he really said. All my friends say that they loved me and would tell me that i was losing my mind if I was..but they say this guy is manipulating me and trying to say I am delusional so he continues his lies to keep me.This man told me his ex-wife in the middle of the night was hovering over him had a knife saying she was going to kill him.. he said "she was psycho so he divorced her" I think what happened now is she found out she had been deceived and lied to so long ..it made her crazy...because men can make you crazy when they lead double lives.Comments?

I ASKED A QUESTION YESTERDAY REGARDING A GIRL I USED TO DATE BACK LIKE 15 YEARS AGO- I GOT SUPER ADVICE- THANK YOU AND I'M TRYING TO PUT IT IN THE PAST. I SENT HER FRIEND A BLOG ON HER MYSPACE - THIS IS WHAT SHE SAID:

I spoke with her this morning, and I hate to be the one to tell you this, but there's no way she wants anything to do with you, now or in the future.....whether you get divorced or not.

Rebecca is a very strong-willed person, and I have seen her hold grudges for YEARS...so there's really nothing you can do to change her mind.

Please just forget her....maybe seek counselling ? In any case, she wants to forget she ever knew you, and she has stated that she will get a restraining order if you attempt any further contact with her...whether it be directly, or through a 3rd party (like me).

Good luck with everything. Please just leave my friend alone.

Me-early 40's, Her-late 20's. This woman has been working in the same office as me for the past 6 months. We work for a large corp and have crossed each other's path before over the years. The usual 'hi, how your doing", stuff. Since she moved into the same office I work in (which there are other people who work there too that she's known longer), I'm kind of lost why I'm feeling the way I do and would like a female's opinion. (hopefully the same age group). I don't know whether to take her great personality towards me with a grain of salt or take it like something's there. She is nice to everyone she comes in contact with, but for some reason she seems to go out of her way to joke around with me, ask me to go to lunch with her, stuff like that. She's been divorced within the last 2 years, but is a single parent like myself, so we have things in common.

my bf and i got in a huge argument the other night about how we are so tired of fighting each other over the same thing, my feelings, bc i drill it to him how i want him to get it, when i tell him ym feelings are hurt he says sorry, it doesnt sound sincere so i nag him about it til i honestly believe it.anyway, we got into it and i was crying and telling him how much i love him and dont want him out of my life and he said he was leaving and needed time to think, he didnt storm out, he made sure i was ok b4 he left, i was crying so bad and he wouldnt just walk out. i thought it was over then, he said we could talk later he just needed time to think. he didnt come get all his stuff out of my house when i was at work yesterday. is that a good sign? this happened monday, i wanna talk to him but dont wanna bother him,should i call him tonight just to see how he is doing? i would love just to talk to him. how would i bring up us getting together to talk? when will i know he is ready?
