He says he wants to marry me...we have been together for 8 yrs!!!!! We just planned to elope (very easy for a man might I add) for next November. When it came down to signing the marriage license application to mail back to the woman who is handling our ceremony, he told me he is scared and is not "wired" for marriage. He says he wants only me for the rest of his life and that isn't the case. He has nothing to say to me, only those words. I feel so sick, like someone hit me with baseball bat allover. I don't know what to do. He had been acted ok with everything we had been planning the past few weeks, I even bought my dress (he knows it too). The fact that we are living together makes this extra difficult. What do I say to him??? ignore him when I come home at night from work? I just don't know. I do know that I can't push this issue right now or nag. This is so unfair to me, and us. I just don't know how to handle this situation. Anyone else go through this?

okay so my best friend and her boyfriend just broke up. So we are planning to take her mind off of things and have a little girl's night with just the two of us. We are going to have facials, eat ice cream, watch movies, dye our hair, and paint our nails, but what else should we do to keep her mind on the sleepover?

i really fancy this guy who works at starbucks.
iv been going once or twice a week since march, and i honestly beleives he fancies me.
the thing is, things are going so slowly, im unsure weather he has lost interest.

What I am trying to ask here is. If your husband or boyfriend was at work and we will say female A co-worker tells him that female B that works with them sleeps with several other males there. Then the next day the other female B tells him female A sleeps with several men there. Why would they want to tell him or gossip to him about this kind of stuff knowing he is in a relationship or married? Why would they tell him female issues about themselves or personal things about them as well? Is it normal work talk or something else? How would they get into a conversation about this anyways?

Now I'm no super stud, nor am I a virgin, but I don't ever recall really asking a woman to have sex.
My experience is when the moment feels right, ya make a move, and carry it out if they want, or back off if they don't. This, I guess could be non-spoken consent, but I wanna know who has actually asked "Do you wanna have sex?", or similar phrase as your 'first time'with that person.

Ok I have asked several quesitions on this site about whether or not this boy i like liked me back...turns out he does. I recently went with my best friend (her brother is the one i like) on their family vacation. We were at a amusment park and my best friend doesnt like the rides, so her brother and i went on the rides alone. It was wet and rainy that whole day. I was in this line for a rollercoaster for like an hour with him and her. Big deal, it's 2007...I am seeing more infidelity than I have ever seen...why? because of the computer...because we have the internet that makes it ok to talk to exes, flirt online, watch porn, cybersex w/ a webcam or cybering w/ words...shall I go on? My brother is soooo annoying. He never knocks, he kisses my posters of Miley Cyrus, He never keeps promises, and when I want to go in the pool, he says, I don't want to, so I can't get in the pool in 90 degree weather. My husband has just told me not to stress out about it. I am not even on this account, I am his wife! Anyhow, she is also on his credit because he cosigned for a car for her. She was court ordered to refi but couldn't so he agreed to leave it alone so that she could have a car. Our bank account username is their initials still, I moved my money to his bank and he added me to this account, it is our primary one. She still calls him with personal issues. I have had it, I am angry, hurt and don't know what to do now. Help please. Other than this stuff everything is good. I just feel that he is still too attached, and I wonder what else is there that I don't know about.

i got married arranged married to a man from fiji, so i brought him here to canada. he showed me so much love when we had just gotten married. so i thought its not that bad i can make this work.i did ssense him wanting to be incharge of everything. so i did fall in love over course of months he starts changing after 5 months being in canada. i see him trying to hide stuff from me. always making it seem like i have no business interferering with his family matters. i would practically beg for se'x with him when i wanted it. it was like he wanted se'x he got it he wanted to be the one in control of getting everything. sometimes he said i am tired back hurts. or i would cry he wouldn't care. he would say we are all miserable. and i asked him why are u miserable u are here in canada better than what u had before. u are still not happy. i feel like u are using me for ur papers. couple of times we fought about me feeling like he is using me and one time he took his green card and started...

Here is a new one for everybody. My ex was in Shoal Creek Hospital (mental hospital) & she was there because she had been thinking about killing herself. They told her to get a room mate when she got out & that she shouldn't be by herself. In the meant time, her ex who lives in Kansas and has been there all her life sold the house and moved to Austin & has been here for a months now. My ex called me and wanted to know if I would take her back. We have been apart for 11/2 year now. She said we could go to couple's counseling. We tried that before and she wouldn't put in any effort, so I quit. I still love her, but is she nuts wanting me to take her back when she has moved the ex to Texas from Kansas & they are living together. She says they are just friends. The ex was one of our problems when we were in counseling to begin with. She was always calling the ex behind my back.
I would like to know what everyones feed back is on this?

Ok so ive seen this several times on tv. Someone will be asked if they are a virgen or if theyve had some type of sexual experience etc. and when the person that was asked the question says "Im a virgen" they get a weird look or get laughed at like its wrong to be one. Why do people think its weird or wrong to be one? I think that that is something that shuld be special and people should respect them for their choice.

i have a room in an upscale health club (my aunt & uncle own half) but i have 2 pay $400 a month 4 the room!!! i have 2 buy my own sheets, etc...

my parents (divorced) won't help me w/my bills cuz they say that since i'm living at home & they buy my food, pay my car insurance (car is paid off)& school loan i should be able 2 pay my bills. I'm only working PT, going 2 massage school FT & totally stressed. my gas card is $400 & i can't pay it, i'm afraid my credit will B ruined. i only have about 2k in my trust fund, but i'm saving that 4 something special and my parents say i have 2 use it. my grandparents only give me $20 a week 4 gas. i also do about 5-7 massages a week, but i don't get very much. i'm working as hard as i can!

i just feel like all my friends get 2 go 2 college and their parents help them. my parents don't understand how hard things R. i never get to have any fun & i'm only 18. can someone please help me get through to them?

I have been debating this for a few months now. My family is pretty academic and I've always thought I would go on to get a Master's degree. My husband is supportive about it, but we also recently started talking about having kids. He is 6 years older than me and he's definitely ready for a family. Though I would love children, I'm not sure I'm ready to "end" my youth by being a parent. Has anyone tried to go back to school with children? Do you regret not doing it before having them? Is it impossibly difficult? And for those with Master's degrees, is the advanced degree worth waiting to have a family till later in life?
