Believe me if you are 25 and the man is 50, you won't have to be too inventive in your flirting technique. You should have him eating out of your hand in the wink of an eye.

Most older men want a younger woman for one of 2 reasons: (1) he wants to feel younger, or
(2) he wants to be admired by his peers
There's no reason why you shouldn't act your age; as a matter of fact, older men are attracted to younger women because they like how energetic, fun, and forward they are. An older man getting hit on by a younger woman will be flattered and interested in this. So go ahead and be yourself----flirt with him like you would any other man---be confident that you're a "younger" woman and embrace that. Approach him with confidence and have fun with it!

Flirt with an older man the same way you would flirt with any other man. He is still a man, just older and hopfully wiser so he notices you flirting

you want to flirt, but NOT be noticable? If this is in a work-related setting, don't do it at all. And do you just want to flirt or do you have something more in mind? The age difference is a bit much in my opinion. Just be yourself, it's always the best policy.

Well, if you aren't noticeable, he's uh, not going to notice, and there will be no need to flirt will there. If he's unmarried, then just flirt the way you would with someone from your own generation.

girl just tell him how you feel. Do u want to flirt with him or get with him? if you want to flirt with him then just flirt if you want to get with him then tell him how you feel. Dont ask other ppl for advice do what you feel is the right thing to do.

when no one looking slip him a note saying you would like to have drinks with him say sat. around 8 pm at what ever bar. also put your phone numer on it and ask him to call you. He my not be about to meet you then but most likely will get the ifea you like him

well if he's 50 you don't really have a lot of time to waste thinking about being noticeable. just go for it. what have you got to lose.
