ok, i have feelings for my step-cousin-ish, let me explain; my aunt's husband died so she re-married and the cousin i like is the guy she re-married's nephew so we're not all that related, anyways, he's 19 and i'm only 14, don't say i'm too young i already know this, but i just want to know how not have feelings for him like this, i've had crushes before and this feels completely different, ever since my parents died my older bro is a cop and hardly did anything with me and one day we went to his house he was the only one who did anything with me for such a long time and that meant a lot, ( i know it sounds corny but that's how i feel) and i can't ever stop thinking about him i mean before i met him i never really cared, i never wore make up, i always used to re-wash the same shirt and pants almost every day and since i met him and i see him a lot more i wear different clothes, how do i stop feeling for him like this? if i told him would that help

you know you are too young....good for you on that one. My cousin is dating a technical cousin of ours and they are going to get married someday. The cousin that she is dating is our uncle's wife's nephew, so he is not blood related...more of married into the family. don't feel guilty about this crush...if it was a crush on a blood relative, there would be some problems.
