No, you shouldnt. A kiss prolongs the line, there will be time for cheek kissing later at the reception. Offer your hand and a best wishes to her, tell her she looked beautiful and move along.

You may kiss the Bride on her cheek but I would not kiss her on the lips. You can also hug her gently or shake her hand as you say to her, "Best wishes" or "Congratulations."
Keep it simple and sincere.

If you are close I agree a kiss on the cheek is fine. Also a hug or a handshake is fine too!
I was recently in a wedding and people were hugging and kisses us and they didn't even know us. I thought that was pretty funny! I don't think anyone minds it is such a happy occasion!

I'd say no. Unless you are close, I wouldn't necessary even try to hug her because some people are pretty reserved and don't want to mess up their dress, hair etc. Congratulating her and extending your hand is best if you aren't sure what would be best received.

If u are really good friends or family with her u can kiss her on the cheek. we did the hug thing and that satisfied everyone. the only people that kissed me was my mom and dad and they kissed me and my new hubby, so i would prefer hugs or handshakes from everyone else..

Probably better than trying to kiss the groom.
