What i mean is if you pay the max the court ordered(child support, daycare, and medical expensives) plus have joint custody 50% do u pay for extra things like sports fees,toys/clothes for your ex's house ect?My husbands ex will have thier son call and ask his dad to pay for these things and he allways does. Now money is very tight for us and his ex is not hard up.Now i'm not an evil stepmom(i love my stepson) and my hus is not a dead beat dad i just feel these things should come from the child support money my hus is allready paying her.i feel his ex is taking advantage of my husbands love for his son as this happens often.Should i just let this go?I have tryed to talk to him about it but he just get defensive.

I had an affair over a year ago when I was out of state working for a month and a half (the affair lasted about 3 weeks), we broke up after that for a couple months, then got back together.

He has cheated on me twice (that I know of) about 3 years ago, I let it go and forgave him, however he said he never had s*x with anyone else, just kissed so what he did was way different.

We have been married for 6 years, together for 8, I am 23 and he is 27. I still love him but he is not the same, I can tell he doesn't really love me, he won't talk about it, what are some things I can do to help make him love me again? I want this marriage to work, we have a 5 year old daughter together.

I do not work anymore, I stay at home with our daughter. I already do all the "wife" things like make his lunch for work, have him supper ready when he gets home, keep the house clean, I rub his back when he's going to sleep. I do alot for him and still I get nothing.

I have put up with a lot from this man and I mess up one time and he can't seem to get over it. He has done much worse if we add up everything. So how can I get him to realize that it was a mistake, it's over, I love him and I only want to be with him? I want him to forgive me and try to find the love he use to have for me again, how can I work on doing that? He doesn't want to go to marriage counseling. Any suggestions? No critisisim please.
Thank you

Do you guys tend to stay away from shy girls? are you not interested in them at all, even just as friends, or would you talk to them but dont because she doesn't talk that much? I'm just wondering. Partially because I am shy, but not super shy. I do talk and I smile a lot to pretty much anyone I know. and if I don't know you then I try to at least start some conversation with you... it's just hard to keep it going since I don't know what to talk about... does that make sense? Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

I have a second cousin who had a baby last year who she insists on taking everywhere. The wedding invitation was clearly addressed to my cousin ONLY on the inner and outer envelopes. She has since mentioned that she will be bringing the baby to the wedding. There are no other children invited, although I did not put "Adult Only" reception on the invites because it is considered poor taste. Any advice on how I can casually and politely tell her that her baby is not welcome at my wedding?

Someone thinks about you, say they want you to move with them, shows you houses and says they would buy you a car.

Does he mean what he's saying or what, or is this a version of prison promises, that will never be? Do guys really mean this stuff or is it part of the play to get the booty. I want to know if this is genuine, or fake Player BS, that's filling my head.
I'm not a fool but sounds tempting and he's really nice as well as an old friend. So I'm torn between words and conflicted with this situation.
What do you think, could he really be a good guy or should I tell him to hit the curb running!

I come from what I thought was a happy family. That is, until we recently found out that my mom had been having an affair at work. No wonder she hadn't been coming home from 'work' until 9 at night. No wonder she spent so many weekends taking care of her sick mother. Apparently, it wasn't her first affair, either. As a wife of my father for 21 years, and the mother of four, this came as quite a shock. My poor dad had to find out when a slew of nasty emails from her lover were found on the home computer.
Not only that, but the emails revealed that my mom and this guy were planning on buying a house and leaving this summer. She even cashed in her 401 K so the courts would give her my dads. It is all a huge mess.
I have not spoken to her since the ordeal. She has contacted me leaving voicemails that range from being nice to saying that she wish I wasnt born.. and so on. I guess my question is, I know forgiveness is the right way, but what do you do if you have no desire to reconnect?

My husband and i am getting a divorce. He has been living out in townhome while i stayed in a house and we have been paying for the mortgage of our house and the rent of his townhome for the last one year.
Now that we are finalizing the divorce, my husband wants to buy a new house and wants to take no further responsibility for the mortgage or the selling the house outside.
How would judge rule this situation ?

My son has been written up and suspended from the bus twice this year. He does not stay in his seat, and fools around constantly. He KNOWS the rules...knows how he is supposed to behave and has proven it more times than not, but when he acts up, he acts horribly. He does not act like this at home because he knows that we will punish him. His father and I both think it MAY be because we are expecting our second child.. (just over 7 years apart when baby is born) and that our son is somewhat jealous of that. He has also attached himself to a little girl on the bus and is very jealous if/when she sits with someone else. He acts out by yelling, screaming, trying to hit the other child..etc...I'm at my wits end, and in the mornings...we have a little "pump up"....."lets have a real good day, let's make good choices...and so on.. One day he's an angel and the next...he's just out of control. The bus driver and I have tried seatbelts...assigned seats...everything. Any advice NOT criticism??

I am a healthy 27 year old, and have been married for 5 years. My husband hasn't voiced any concerns about our sex life, but I have concerns. Before we were married, I was wild, adventurous, and untamed in the bedroom. There wasn't much I didn't want to try and explore. My sex drive hasn't gone down since then, but I have become shy and timid. I can't figure out why this is! I love sex and have a very giving partner. All of a sudden I feel almost uncomfortable. Even whispering something naughty in his ear makes me self-conscious and I used to be a pro at that! What is going on with me? Again, I love sex. It isn't a sex drive thing. Any ideas? It seems like after we married it was different. Like because we are husband and wife we couldn't have fun sex???? I don't get it. I am starting to feel like a virgin - shy and ackward. What gives?

Situation:
630 in the morning, I wake to get ready for work. I go upstairs and my brother calls me and asks me to do something for him when I get there. (We work at the same place) I need a pen to write something down and the room I am in there's only her purse. She writes things down for her work so I'm like "there's a pen in there for sure." I look in there and there's a cd from her ex-boyfriend that has love songs. This kid has been trying to get back with her since they broke up. He cheated on her. I don't have a problem with them being friends because I trust and she's said that she wants to be with me and that she'd told him that they'd never be together again. Do I ask her about the cd like why she has it? has she listened to it? Or do I just leave it alone? Please help me

My husband and I have been together for a really long time and have known each other since we were 12. For about 6 years now, I haven't had a sex drive. I have had alot of life changing events happen in my life. My mother died right after I moved out of the house in 2004 and I had a baby in 2005. My husband and I are having problems because of this and I need to know what to do. He is more into all of the kinky things about sex and I am more into the romantic side of things. When we don't have sex, he pouts and acts rude towards me. That makes my problem worse. What can I do to help save our marriage?
