can an 18 year old date a 15 almost 16 year old?

Swettie it's against the law to date a minor.... A minor is considered someone under the age of18... Try to avoid problems b/c you will be held accountable for dating a minor.... You'll be charged as a sex offender and will be put in jail and in the system... In some states its okay to date someone 16 and older... Try to google it...

As far as I know, an 18 year old is an adult, and under that age is a minor. So to protect yourself, if you are 18, date 18 or older. If you are 17 or less, then 17 or younger. I don't know of a "date " law, but what applies in the case of rape.
