My husband is in the army and I am considering divorce. Who is most likely to get custody? does the military allow alimony in the situation that I have no education and I have a 2 year old child. I will not have the money to pay for an education or child care if I am working a min. wage job.

I know this is a pretty dumb question. My husband and I seperated for a year, we are back together, but I think he is sharing OUR money with his exgirlfriend in GA. He puts money in his old account that he no longer needs, because we have a joint account together...so my question is why would he need a seperate account if we pay our bills out of one account? Any questions I can ask him to let him know I am onto him or any secret ways to figure this out?? Please no rude remarks...I feel stupid enough already!!

Okay my husband and i got married a month and half ago after 4 yrs of dating on and off.I was very unsure about whole thing because while i love my husband but i am not in love with him the way i should be.He's an attractive guy but i am not sextually attracted to him?I felt like i had finally landed the nice guy and this was the natural progression of things.I freaked out the day of my wedding i called an ex.bf from highschool up whom i am close friends but have had on and off flings with over the years to talk.I felt like my life was flashing before my eyes and i had sex with him.I feel horrible and now i am pregnant i had a blood test done to confirm.Husband and i used condoms but my ex and i did not.What to do i do?

A girl who broke up with me after two weeks of dating but i still like her. It seems like she still likes me but then why would she break up with me. i dont know what to do. I have another freind who is really close to her and she says she broke up with me because she was to busy. But when i asked her to talk 2 my ex for me she told me that my ex, shelby, said she was confused because because she liked 3 guys kind of...me and 2 other guys. I still like her and want to go out with her but if she says no it would make it really awkward and might ruin a freeindship. What should i do? Remember im only 13. HELP!!!

alot of my friends have dance partys like every weekend.. we all mostly are bout 14-17 at tha party.. no one really cares how old anyone is we jus party!! livin it up if u knw wat i mean!! but some adults think tht we party way too much and tht we all may be a lil too young to be partying!! but this isnt tha 60's anymore.. i mean i knw at least half of my freinds at school r not virgins.. at least thts wat they say.. but i wud not be surprised!! things r changin in our world.. so i think we sud jus party and have fun!!!

On Saturday my sister married a man she just met on Thursday. We are in the US, he lives in the UK -- he will be here for another week, then go back to the UK until September!!

The two of them have been talking online for a couple of months and before they got married she asked me to send her an email with my opinions of what she was planning...like a fool I did and of course that started a fight. I was then left out of all wedding plans, not even invited or asked to attend.

Now it's my bad that I didn't go and my mom expects me to suck it up and pretend to be happy. I am so hurt about being left out of my sister's wedding and her blatant disregard for the rest of us that I don't know if I can go to the family gathering my mom has planned this weekend. I'm supposed to go and play nice, but don't know if I can.

What would you do??

I ask this question because I'm doubting myself. The reason for doing so is because my husband says that I see things only in black and white.My husband walked out on me and says he's moving on with his life.Me trying to save the marriage I sent him an email suggesting that we go to marriage counsellings. .I told him that I loved him and know that we can make it with the help. He said no. About 3 years ago he agreed to go with me to counseling. He went for one session and the first argument we had he says that he wasn't going back to counseling again.I tried reasoning with him reminding him of everything that we talked about in counseling and how we would handle ourselves during our first fight. But I couldn't get through to him.I couldn't help feeling that he didn't really love me . Because he refused to go back when we really need to. Am I wrong to think like this? if your husband refuses to go to counseling when it's so necessary . That it's because he doesn't love you enough?

She left 3 months ago for another man. For first month we did not know were she was. She had here mobile switched off. Just before her birthday she started to text people. Now she only text kids ( 19 & 22hrs old) once a week, if that. She don't phone them, she don't see them. She met with me a couple of times in 3 months, now she doesnt even return my e-mails for last 2 weeks. She only made one 30 second phone call to her parents. She ignores her freinds. Is she going through some sort of mental breakdown ? I wonder.

I know this guy that goes on and on about himself and the influencial people he says he knows and the parties he goes to. I wonder how much is true and why he talks like this. Years ago he sort of dumped me when he went back to college. Then I had moved on by the time he called my back the next year. Now he says that he did not know he had done anything wrong and that then he did not know what he had. He now has a live-in girlfriend of almost 19 years and calls her his ladyfriend. He calls me sweetheart all the time - never by name. He wants to see me and he talks about sex but says he loves his girlfriend and could not "kick her out". Sometimes I think he brags on what he has and what he does so much because I did not come chase after him years ago. I feel like he is punishing me. Is trying to get me to be some kind of playmate? I don't feel well after I talk to him.

I am a fairly successful person. I make more money than he does. Recently, we have just purchased a rental property. This past weekend I went furniture shopping with my mother, and we used my credit card for her purchases. We agreed that when the bill came in, she would pay me. (Due to credit issues my parents have no credit cards). I know they will pay the bill as soon as the bill arrives, and I will not be charged any interest. The amount was $7,000.00 When I told my husband, he blew up, saying I should have consulted him first. I did not even think of consulting him, because, in my mind it's a non-issue. We will not be "out-of-pocket" at all... it was just more convenient to use my card. That's all. He would not have approved the use of the credit card, in hind sight, I know this.
Anyway, he became so irate that he actually physically assaulted me. For the first time in 28 years, he laid a hand on me. I feel totally devastated. He was drunk at the time.
Should I leave?
