he really likes you, but first he was flirting with you so if hes touching u from top to the bottom gurl that means he wants some! LOL! juss kidding i think he loves you not like but love!! u know what i mean!!

Of course he likes you. You're not horrible are you? He may even fancy you and may even fantasize about you. However, you shouldn't let him touch you up. You both need to learn to respect your personal space.
There is a saying 'faint heart never won fair lady' and this looks like a typical case. I am afraid you are going to have to wait and see if he can work out how to get a meaningful relationship going with you.
If you actually fancy him yourself, get a couple of your friends to brief him on how you like to be treated. He is probably going on what his mates tell him, and generally mates don't have a clue.

it could be friendship or it could be flirting, the only way you'll know is to reciprocate the flirty touching and see how he responds, if it turns out to be flirting you can laugh and say you were giving him a taste of his own medicine in a nice way, if it is more serious you'll get a response maybe you're hoping for

Where does he touch you? keeps doing it on the sholder he likes you. around your waist he really likes you. And of course if he's fliting... things will work out if you be your self, you'll find some one special soon. good luck!
