well i would just ignore her...she probably thinks that you'll do something wrong..i dont like people like her because it's just childish and stupid...she needs to get over herself and just stop...maybe she forgot how good you looked playing football and wanted to be reminded and masturbate to it later

When you are in public, Yes, but if she is taping the cousin and your daughters through a window, No. Also, if she is taping others and they tell her to stop I believe she has to stop; like when you're playing football.
My suggestion is to get a lawyer pronto, and to document everything like when you call her and what is said to when you see her taping you and/or your daughters. It is much better to have as much documentation as possible. This may even fall under stalking laws, but you really do need to get a lawyer.
I am really sorry that your Ex is acting like this, and I wish you and your daughters well.

Realistically no especially if she is using the film for purposes other than family. The biggest thing here is does the evidence match the complaint she supposedly filed.Unfortunately at times in this country, anyone can do just about anything within reason. She can complain about whatever she so chooses but if the evidence she thinks will back her in court, isnt, then its not going to do her anygood.b what you do with the kids on your visits is your business as long asits within the law. So I wouldnt worry too much about what shes doing and more in to having fun with your kids. You can always sue her in court for invasion of privacy to get her to stop. Good luck

She can, but as long as your cousin was actually watching them both; and was reasonably in good charge of them...ie the kids were in no immediate danger; you should be ok.
