I was forced to get married 6/27/2005 so my spouse could obtain legal documents, hes been gone for almost 2 years and i no longer want to be married to a person who i know is going to abuse me when he returns, i want to file for divorce with out his aproval because i know he is not going to want the divorce, i got married in new orleans la and i live in orlando fl and he lives in managua nicaragua , i do not want to be married to someone i dont love especially after being forced to get married any advice?

he was texting her very flirty msgs when we started seeing each other, which i didnt mind, and when we officially started going out he txt her saying they couldnt see each other anymore, which was great. but i read his phone the other night and he is still texting her extremely flirty messages, and i found out they meet up for a 'film night' every week, but when i ask him what hes doing those nights he tells me hes working late. he doesnt know ive read the msgs on his phone, and he tells me that she is just a good friend. but hes always sending her txts saying things like 'yr gorgeous, see you later sexy' + stuff. he tells me he loves me and that he wouldnt ever cheat on me, and hes so sincere when he says it, but i dont know.

and im female, not male. we're close but we dont talk about us. but when he learned ive been going out on a few lunch dates, he started becoming interested w/ the guys im dating. yes, at the back of my hypothalamus, im starting to really like my buddy (and not just because hes really good in the sack)but unsure of what he feels for me.

I snuck out to my girlfriends house last nite...and all we were doing was kissing...thats not a bad thing...then she just layed against me and fell asleep. later on, about 5 in the morning i woke up to an empty bed...i stood up looked around and saw that she had gone over and slept on her couch..is this a bad thing or is it normal for a woman to move about when she sleeps? when i asked her why she had moved she said just cause she could i really didnt get an answer out of her...so any help would be very appreciated..
