I started dating my boyfriend about 1 month ago. He has been divorced for 5 years and has two kids with his ex.... The thing that I wondering about is that he talks to his ex quite often, she calls him and he calls her just to talk about every day stuff... I mean it's great that they have a good relationship, but I feel like our relationship is all about his ex.. Since he talks about her quite frequently and stuff.... Is this wrong or am I just reading to much into it?

Here are things he does when we are together:

1) When he has not seen me in awhile, he hugs me as soon as I get there, says he misses me and asks if I missed him.

2) Picks on me but not in a mean way

3) Holds my hand to lead me through a crowd

4) Asks about my friends and introduces me to his

5) Brings up topics like marriage, kids and people living together, just his beliefs

6) Holds me and runs his fingers through my hair

7) Won't let me pay for anything even though I offer

8) Asks what I am doing for my birthday, that is not for another 3 months

9) Asks if I still talk to my ex

10) Asks about my future plans

11) Says there are jobs like what I am looking for where he lives

its been more than a month since we broke up but im still not over him. it was just a boyfriend girlfriend thing, and im still young so i should be getting over it. everytime i see him in the halls i still get butterflys and still try to get his attention. i guess we are still friends but i want him back so bad. how do i get him back, or in better words how do i play "the game"

Everythings gone so wrong.

I know that what im going to say will seem like im the biggest cow ever but i seriously couldnt help myself.

Back in March Me and my boyfriend were going through a rocky patch and i found it easier to confide in his friend (Phil) After a few of our chats we really started to like eachother and started texting.
Hes a decent guy and didnt want to hurt my biyf so a couple of times he kept backing out and saying he didnt like me, which of course i understood why he was doing that.

One night we met up and ended up sleeping together, after that it all went down hill. I was feeling guilty and went out and got majorly drunk, i came home and spoke to him on msn and then the next day he says that he dosnt want me anymore as i have really hurt him by being obsessive, making him feel small, changing my mind etc. That was two weeks ago and even now hes saying he has no feelings for me atall now, i dont get it tho as the day before he said all that he told me he was serious about me.

Iv said to him that i dont think he could change his mind about me that quickly but he seems adiment. He talks to me when im around my boyfriend but he wont actually talk to me.

I know i hurt him but he really is who i want, could someone really change their mind about somebody they like so quickly?

my fiance and i are tattooed & pieced.. my grandmother only knows about my tattoos nothing else.. but she has seen my fiance smoke.. seen his tattoos.. and seen his piercings.. and its not that we're not tasteful with it.. everything that we have tattooed and pierced can easily be covered with clothing.. but he painted her house with his shirt off cause it was the dead of summer..

since then she has HATED him.. shes called him a liar.. made a point of telling everyone else in my family how hes a terrible person.. (everyone else LOVES him) and hes just using me.. and all of these horrible horrible things.. when me and him still lived with my parents she refused to come to the house.. refused to go to family functions that he would be at..

she did however show up to our engagement party.. said nothing to either of us.. and then an hour before it was over cornered me and made me cry..

im worried about her at the wedding.. any ideas on how to handle this.. shes being a child

i have a boyfrend and i love him but at times i do get attracted to other boys not upto much but i do find them attractive, usually i don feel like doing nething as such but is that wrong to even look around things that r gud ? i mean i do admire others ,do i need to feel guilty for this that how can i like other boys if i have one, in that sense , i suppose if something is gud there is nothing wrong in looking around ?

i really really like her and she really likes me, but i am frigid because this is my first real relationship.
the furthest she has gone is snogging in past relationships

I just found out that my ex is going through his 3rd surgery and can't walk or stand. I haven't seen him in about 5 yrs and we only email occassionall due to the anulment. I'm worried, but I don't feel its my place to find out more about what's going on. Is there something I can do to let him know I'm pulling for him, but not get too personal?

for staying out till 1am for the last 3 days and being so tired from all that fun that he missed work today even though we are paycheck tp paycheck right now. im 17 and at this sixth form. There is this guy who i had a crush on because he always use to stare and smile at me. i began to like him and found out that he was part of the cool crowd. He gets invited to all the cool parties and is like one of the popular guys in skl. he's clever and gd lookin. and i still think he had this crush on me. The only things is i'm totally shy and he knows i like him ( i dont know how it reached him). the thing is he's soo way above me i think he's arrogant and i wont ever be able to go out with him . i'm sure he hasnt ever had a gf but he's too confident to show that insecurity. I'm just fancy him soo much. My ex came by my place for my birthday, which I was happy to see him. He spent the night, he wanted to have sex but I refused. I told him I knew about the other women he was seeing and that I didn't want to expose myself to that type of lifestyle. He stayed the night anyway. I woke up took a shower and got dressed while he still slept. I was in the living room when I heard my front door open and he had left out when I went to the door and opened it I saw him running down the stairs. He didn't say good bye, enjoy the rest of your birthday or anything...he just ran out without saying a word.

He's never done anything like that before. When I called him, I asked him why he left like that. He told me that I had lied to him about something. I don't know what? I told him regardless he didn't have to leave like that on my birthday, he just that he had to get out of their & told me talk 2 u never, then he hung up. I don't know y he'd do that 2 me on my b-day.

Hi,
I have been going to church since December and now think im ready to become a christian, I have decided this because I believe in god and want to follow and do the correct things, but also I feel im doing this because of a guy called Tim I really like at church, and im not allowed to date him unless im a christian, I am partly doing it because of him, I would be lying if I said I wasnt, but im also wanting to do it because since going to church I have manged to change quite alot and sort out some bad things I had been doing, such as drinking too much most nights and adult modelling.
So what I want to know is do u think I am ready to become one yet, or is it too soon?
and if so what do I do would being baptised show then that im a christian?

Basically the article says to stop thinking like a guy and more like a women.

Be a high status guy, someone who could provide for her, and take care of her. Never communicate that you're a lower status guy. Let her chase the guy; when a guy notices an attractice lady he naturally goes after her; but why not switch it around? We seldom want something that is easy to get, and usually go for things that are harder to find. Have lots of attractive female friends...actual friends; not ladies you want and are friends with.

There're a few more, but those are the interesting points...I realize I do some of these subconsciously and didn't know...but I am curious to what you ladies think....true or not?

I knew him since we were 19-20 yrs old. A few months ago I ran into him, he was with his GF. I hug him, greeted her, talk for a few & left. Then I ran into him again with his GF. And AGAIN. This time he was alone. He told me he always had a crush on me, always liked me, always wanted me, but felt he didnt stand a chance & I was always with someone. I HAD NO IDEA. We talked for a long time. Exchanged #'s. I started to like him. He's been with his GF 22 yrs. They have 3 kids, never married. We're both 42 now. I was with him til 1:30am this wkend. Had a GOOD time. At a point he got passionate on me & it felt so good but I stopped him. He wants to be with me, told me the last 5 yrs his life with her isnt happy & he wants out but said it isnt easy & doesnt have a plan. He's been calling me often lately. I feel like he's being honest, but I dont know what to do. He has that life with that girl but we're getting involved.

Kinda hard to stop seeing him, I like him too. What should I do?
