i want to know how u know a guy really love you. he tells me he does but he dont act like it.

If he don't act like it ....then he don't love you. Take it like you see it. You answered your own question. Action always speaks louder than words. The signs are always there. In general most people do what they want and feel. They treat people with respect whom they respect. They show love to people they love. Anything different then this is not right and you will find this to be true.
