It isn't falling out of love you are having trouble with it is habits. We are all creatures of habit. Look at your relationship with him like smoking. How would you stop? You would change the places you go (bars, etc...) because in those places you are prone to certain activities. If calling him is a problem, remove his number from your speed dial. Get rid of your phone. Find a date other than him. If he comes over; don't let him in. Look at this as a habit and change respectively.

You can't make yourself fall out of love. If you still love your x and he still has feelings for you then you should try and make it work. Just look back at everything that's gone wrong in the relationship and try and fix the stuff that went wrong and move foward from there

Stop talking to each other, and stop seeing each other. Especially when you are feeling lonely. Quit calling.

Go out and become busy with other people and other hobbies.

you can't make yourself fall out of love and if you do, you probly didnt love him in the first place. if y'all wanna be together then you should be but if it just wont work then you just have to move on.
