The answer to that can only come from the person with whom you are flirting. Intention has nothing to do with sexual harrassment but perception is everything.

At the moment it goes past what the other person wants to have happen it is sexual harassment. This can be a difficult area to interpret. The best bet is to jsut avoid it all together in the work place.

There is real fine lie there adn it depends upon the way it's interpreted by the otehr party. Generally, ifit makes them feel uncofortable, it can easily be classified as sexual harassment. These days it's sad as there are so many people eager to sue others that it's hard to say anyting sometimes.

Anything is harassment if she doesn't like you. And the problem is, many girls are too shy to tell you to your face if she doesn't like you. You need to learn to pay attention to her body language to see if she is acting uncomfortable.

Yes, if it makes them uncomfortable. But it cannot be reported as harrassment unless they tell you to stop. It is only harrassment if you continue to do it after they tell you to stop.
