Tell her how you feel. Make sure you let her know that you value your friendship and that you do not think there is anything wrong with her lifestyle but that you have a different lifestyle and it makes you uncomfortable when she hits on you. Even if she is just joking around or just trying to show friendly affection, it makes you uncomfortable.
If she is a good friend and cares about your feelings, she should make an attempt to cut back on the behaviors that make you uncomfortable.

First learn to use spell check. Then let her know that you are offended by her hitting on you. Tell her you don't care if that is her lifestyle, but it is not yours.
If you tried to let her know before and it was as confusing as your question she probably didn't know what you were talking about.

First off, I'd suggest paying more attention in your remedial English class. You probably don't communicate well verbally, if we can assume anything from your written skills.
Secondly, communicate with this girl. Say, "Hey, you're my friend, but when you come on to me, I really don't like it." Tell her, don't text or email, and if she still doesn't stop, she doesn't respect you. Lose her as a friend.

Tell her that you enjoy her friendship, but you are not bisexual and you would appreciate it if she respected that you are not interested in a relationship with a woman.
