You like naughty girls, that's not a problem. It might get annoying for her though if she has to wear them every time. Most girls I know probably wouldn't do it every time.
There are all kinds of ways to have fun in bed. For some of us, a little role playing is fun. I normally wouldn't wear heels in bed (mostly because they really get in the way) but if I'm feeling really naughty and wearing something to match, they'll stay on for sure. I don't know anyone who insists on wearing heels all the time though. If you can only get off with when a girl is in heels, yeah it might be a bad sign. Maybe focus on other things that turn you on. Short skirts? Tie up panties? Feet maybe? I don't know, but you can't just focus on the heels.
Variety is the spice of life; if you've got a girl who wants to wear heals now and then, count your blessings. Hell, if you've got a girl count your blessings, haha. Make sure you're ready to listen to what turns her on though. If she's willing to wear heels for you as long as you do something for her . . . there ya go.

I think this is a dress up fantasy for men. A hot pair of legs in some killer heels do wonders for me. I even like her to wear thigh high leather boots in bed. Yowza!

but as long as she doesnt sleep in them!
