My wife and I have been married for almost 3 years (May 22, 2007 will be 3rd Anniversary). We have a lovely daughter of 2-1/2 Years (do the math). We were already engaged when our little "surprise" came along, so we did not just get married because we were pregnant.

Now, neither of us are perfect. I've had some problems with drinking in the past, but I have worked through them and no longer drink to excess when in a situation where I have to be responsible. A while back, I was in a car accident on a country road when a deer stopped in front of my car. I had consumed a total of 2 of beers (I know, I shouldn't have been driving, regardless) but 2 beers does not a drunk driver make. Unfortunately, it's very easy to convict a person of DUI in the USA and that's just what happened. I was forced to take a plea to avoid a long jail sentence.

My wife is absolutely furious with me and has kicked me out of the house. I love my wife and want us to be OK. She refuses to forgive me.

We dated for a year before and he pulled the same thing on his ex girlfrind and was not cheating on her. We met when we were both single. He may be cheating, but have done my homework on that. Checked his phone and email. Throughout the marriage he was very depressed and went on meds for it then got off of them, because of the side effects. I know what i should do, but it's hard at this point because I'm still in the honeymoon part of our marriage. He told his family that I am the perfect wife, the perfect mother everything he wants in a wife and when the time comes that he does want a committed relationship, he will be looking for me, and I keep telling him I will be gone by then. He has a councelling appointment today, and one with me tomorrow, so we will see. BTW, we have 3 kids but not together. Could it be that he is a kid living in a man's body. His parents abandoned him as a child and he was raised by his grandparents. Thanks for you advise.

I know I am an ******, But for the last 4 months I have been having an "Affair" with a married woman. I came clean with my girlfriend and told her everything and we split up. The woman I am involved with continues to lie to her husband who I have come to know as a really nice guy. I feel horrible for him and it annoys me that she lies and covers thing up so much. Should I tell him or just avoid it. He isn't violent at all. She just tells him that we are just good friends, and she tells me she wants to be with me ect. I am just really confused. And the fact that she lies so much to him worries me. What should I Do?

i was talking to my gf on the phone (it's long distance relationship right now) and she asked about how this guy was doing. i don't think it would've bothered me if it was the first time, but the thing is i have had this suspicion that there was something between them before and the last time she brought him up, i brushed it off and forgot about it. but this time, it's bugging me, because it's not the first time. i did ask today though if she was close to him and she said she hung out wit him before and talked to him here and there...i didn't want to probe so i just left it like dat....should i gently inquire if there was something...or should i bite my tongue and try to ignore it again??

My x-husband and I have recently decided to get back together after being apart for 7 years. We have 2 children together. We were young and he suffers from bi-polar. After many long and lengthy conversations we decided to try again. I live in MI and he lives in VA. I am moving there next week. I quit my job, told my landlord and everything is set to go, I could not be happier. Then he called last night, said he had been spiraling and now he doesn't want to get back together. He is going to counceling to get help and I told him he needs meds. So now, I have to decide if I still move or what do I do. My kids want to be by their dad and I think they should know their dad and that whole side of the family too. Any suggestions? Yes I still love him.

My Mom has always been the kind of Mom who physically takes care of her kids, but is not loving. There was never any hugs or I love yous. My parents to this day have never told me they love me. Im 37. They put us kids down.....your not smart enough, your not pretty enough........always picking out our flaws. Well its still going on. I've gone overload my schedule to prove to myself I am way more than my Mom ever wanted me to be. She hates me for this and is constantly trying to make me miserable. I try to stay away from her because I just dont want the pain and hurt that comes with it. Am I the only one who cant stand my Mom?

My husband and i got married 5 months ago and he left me for no reason last week. he says it's him and that I am the perfect wife. He rented an apartment this weekend with a 1 yr lease. I have asked him to come back home, but he will not. We are going to marriage counseling and going seperatly as well, though he didn't want to. We are in our 30's and have 3 kids together(from seperate marriages). He say's he has never lived his life on his own, that people have always helped him and that he wants to see how it feels to be 100% resposible for himself and his daughter. If eel abandoned and left me not asking for anything at all from the house. He is torn he says he would like to date me as a friend and maybe sees where it would go, and that's once a week and counseling once a week, but the other time he wants to be alone to do what he wants. I am not going to give up on this until there is no hope. He says he's pulled in both direction, he doesn't know if he wants to try or not. Help?

It has been going on for 4 years and I have never been able to catch her. He knows that she takes the money but we can never catch her. I have spoke to her about it but she just says she didn't do it. Sometimes it's as small as $3.00 to one time it was my whole pay check. I hide my purse everytime she comes over. About the only time she can find it is when I lock it in my car trunk. She hit it last Sunday when we had dinner for everyone at my home, I was so busy I forgot to put my purse away. I am to a point where I do not want her in my home ever again, But I am seeing her father and he wants to see the grandkids!

I was raised by my mother, and just recently got in contact with my father, after nearly 15 years of nothing. i'm still not sure if i even want to invite him, so is it a wedding faux pas if i eliminate the father/daughter, mother/son dance entirely? i mean, i could dance with my fiance's father, because he's pretty much the only REAL father figure i have, but i'm not sure. maybe i could dance with my grandfather?

any advice?

I have been supportive in every way possible. Cooking for his family, giving up holidays to spend with his, along with tip-toeing around him so that his life was as stress free as possible. She passed away 2 weeks ago, leaving behind 3 adult children and a husband. Her husbands birthday is coming up and his son is planning a huge birthday party for him. it just so happens that its on the same day as my mom's yearly memorial day picnic. Its the one holiday she insists on us being there. He flat out told me we cant to go my moms house. That we need to celebrate his uncles birthday and that it would be an insult to ask them to move it to the day before or after etc.. meanwhile we've been doing that with every holiday and birthday with my family. Switching it around etc.. The argument escolated, he slept on the couch and ignored any attempts I made to talk to him today. When we did talk he called me ignorant, disgusting and narcistic and told me I was being selfish. What should I do?

How would you feel, and/or how would you react, if something happened to your girlfriend, and she didn't want you to hold her?

The thing that happened/happens doesn't have to be directly towards her, but something that would normally make anyone sad or upset. Plus, she could either not want anyone to hold her, or just not you.

How would feel and/or react in each situation? What would be your thoughts 'N' what not?

The girl i want to go out with says she doesn't like dating guys who are younger than her. Im confused because she said this when she found out that a friend of hers goes out with a guy who is 3 yrs younger than her. But im only a yr younger than the girl i like and we're in the same grade. Do you think this would hurt my chances of being with her?

Take into account that my b/f is a smart, calulated person.
He comes home, after two, in the morning, goes straight to the bathroom and washes his penise. When I asked, what he was doing, he lied.I argued intil he had to admited to t/ cleaning. But said that "he was tired and didn't know what he was saying".Then tried to say that he washed up for me!!
( we have a very good sex life @ 2 + per week)
A few hours later I find out that he has a profile on plenty of fish ( a singles site), and has been talking to 33 women about sex.
wanting me to belive him that he was still "FATHFUl" he suggested that because he didn't go out and meet anyone ,in the year that it was posted, I should forgive him. We have been together for 9 years. engaged for 2. The house, Dog, no Kids. In my heart I don't want to be w/ him. I feel sorry for him. it has been a month and he is still crying.
What should I do. I want to MOVE ON.
He won't let go. Every day I am breaking up w/ him all over again
