What are the things that builds your confidence when it comes to talking to women?

well first of all, you have to know that you are good looking. if you are, you should already have a little bit of confidence. if you don't feel that your looks are your best attribute for meeting a woman, then you need to be either funny (life of the party), or have something that you know you can build from. let me elaborate on that last one.

The main thing that gives me confidence when talking with women i don't know is to find something that ties us together. for isntance: at the bar. if you see a girl that is drinking dark beer (and you are also drinking dark beer) you can mention that you approve of her choice of beverage. then go on about great she is and how the other girls aren't like her. if you talk about her enough, she might start listening!

if you are in school, ask a girl how she did on the test, or if she would like to get together for a study session. maybe even mention how she did better than you and you would really appreciate the help. or vice versa, find a girl that didnt do as well and offer to help.

just find something that ties you to the woman in a situational way.

if you have a dog, go to the dog park. instantly you have something to talk about if you see a woman there.

maybe i should write a book. "How to meet a Woman and Trick her into Thinking you are Interested!"

I just tell myself that it doesn't matter if I get rejected or not.Not every girl wants me and I'm kool with that.
Try and keep the mindset that it doesn't matter realistically if they don't like you and there is so many more women out there.And if she's really hot,Tell yourself there is hotter women and move on,lol.
