The girl i want to go out with says she doesn't like dating guys who are younger than her. Im confused because she said this when she found out that a friend of hers goes out with a guy who is 3 yrs younger than her. But im only a yr younger than the girl i like and we're in the same grade. Do you think this would hurt my chances of being with her?

Everyone has a criteria in thier mind of who they want to date. It can change though. My guy is a few years younger than me but I've always said I wanted to marry someone younger (more fun!). He's a t-shirt guy and I always thought i would marry a suit...so I had to decide if that was a deal breaker. Another thing, the older you get the less a few years matter. (I am NOT talking about 20 year differences here...only a year or two or five).

Age doesn't really matter. I was with a guy that was fourteen years older than me and it worked out for a while. The problems start happening when you find out you don't have a lot in common which could be due to age. Sort of like a generational gap...lol

look if she likes u age would not metter and if she doesnot like u just try to find someone else or try to act realy mature and she may change her mind
