OK here is the problem.My Drive C keeps getting zero memory...While my Drive D and E has 150GB...
Anyway to transfer memory from C to D/E?
Yesterday I had 28MB..Today I have 22KB.
Keeps getting down.Im thinking to Defragment it.
But my pc is foreign so I dont know how to do the windows defragmenter.I did the Disk Cleaning thing..Didnt change nothing...

if i keep my friends hard disk in my CPU for testing whether the Hard disk is working or not, then is there any chance of effect visus in my PC?

For some reason u keeps running and i cant type anything else.

I have formatted the computer and done the complete restore.

I also have done a complete virus scan with trend micro pc-cillan.

Any suggestions on a fix please?

why are the speeds so much slower than the predecessor cpu's. do the dual core run faster only when processing multiple tasks and slower when only doing one?

At the moment I've got a 256MB DDR RAM memory. I've looked on the net and all the memory cards have got numbers after them like PC3200 or PC3700. How do I know what to get? I'm hoping to get at least a 512MB with my 256MB so I've got 768MB in total. I've been told aparently that my computer will only take 1GB max of memory. Hopefully this will speed up my computer in answer to my other question I put on recently.

Ok i just bought 512Mb of RAM and installed it, but in my systems properties it just shows the old amount of RAM i already had how can i fix this? How can i get my PC to recognize the newly installed memory? Please help. thank you for your time.

At random times, my XP Pro computer just crashes, with no screen message whatsoever and I hear a click. Then, I reboot and it says its recovered from a serious error and wants to collect information. This is after a fresh install too.

I've even flashed my BIOS to the latest version and tested the memory using MemTest86 with both sticks of 1 GB DDR2 800 MHz passing. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?

I've tried multiple hard drives too. Same thing, random crashes.

When I start up the computer, it gets stuck on a screen and a t the bottom it says: A disk read error occured. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. After I do that, it's still the same screen.

Unplug all the wires and reattach them. Didn't work.
Restart. Didn't work.

For some reason I can't go into Safe Mode no matter how many times I press F8.

What in the world do I have to do fo fix it?

If you could, please answer and make it as simple as you can.I'm a little....slow....

Currently works well, but not great, takes time to load and holds up. My MacBook Pro is CoreDuo 2ghz with 1gb RAM. =)

when i install my video card drivers my mouse becomes *to smooth* and slow and jumpy.

also my monitor has a problem. when i open anything like for example *properties* on the desktop i can see *properties* stay on my desktop for a second then go away. it happens with all windows and stuff like a burn in image.

i tested my monitor AND video card on a freinds computer and it's fine and dont do that.

i have a ABIT UL8 motheroard. with ULI chipset drivers installed. everone i have asked can not help me.
