The thing is the 256 has better statistics aka core and mem clock....

i think the 256 is more than enough i use a 256 and there is no game i cant play some people like to over board with the video card it will speed thing up a little but really 256 is plenty i think

Surely X1650 pro 256MB with Cross Fire, coz you able to double up your video performance in future since there is no signification 3D mark differrent between this 2 .

get the 512 if you can afford it. it will endure better in the future...
