I just bought a new 500GB hard drive to backup all of my other stuff, and when I installed it in my WindowsXP system, it's only showing 465GB. How do I get all of my 500GB?

Other info:
it's formatted in NTFS, I did enable it in BOIS.

My computer gives me 'Error Loading Operating System'. Safe Mode is not accessable. I do not have the disk anymore, it is gone. I have heard it can be the onboard battery. How do I get into safemode? How can I boot windows? I do I save my computer without taking it in to be repaired?

I installed the drivers but i have another problem.First of all my pccamera is a120 spacec@m and the builder of it is TRUST.When i bought the camera there was also a cd that have the utilities and the drivers but unfortunately i lost it.As i said before i have the drivers but i want also the other utilities like recrding video,taking pictures and all the good stuff.
Could u tell me please where i can find a free site where i could download these utilities of my camera???

I upgraded my computr to windows vista home basic edition and it works fine, even my video card drivers were found. But when i try to open windows movie maker it tells me that my video card does not meet the requirements.

For some reason my computer keeps locking up (freezing up). I'll be web surfing or really doing anything and all of a sudden my mouse pointer stops moving and I can't use my keyboard or anything. My computer does't shut down or reboot. It doesnt beep at all. Everything just freezes and i have to press the reset button. But...Sometimes when i restart it it will freeze up on my bios screen and ill have to restart it again to get back into windows. It used to do this after I was on for 5 minutes, now Its doing it maybe 3 times in a 8 hour span. What can i do to fix this or figure out what the problem is? I'll list my system specs...

how do you tell which side of a case fan is to suck cool air in and which said is to blow hot air out?
will it affect the air fow inside the case if i install the fan with either 1 side facing the wrong way?
or it doesn't matter which way the fan is facing, as long as it is installed on the case?

I've got a nice dual core system but still only have an AGP slot. I'd really rather not upgrade my motherboard right now but I'd like to replace my ATI 850XL with something more savvy and faster.

Does anyone have any suggestions for the best AGP card still on the market or will I be forced to move to PCIE?

If i am trying to build a new comp, do i need to buy a NIC and a sound card? or most of the mobo has them instaled already?
i have seen the spec of the mobo, it says there is a lan port, so does it mean it only support a local area network? i am not sure what kind of cable do i use to connect my comp, but i think it's a ethernet cable... assume i am useing the ethernet cable, can it be plugged in to the lan port? thx!!
