Restore point?

I can not restore my computer to an earlier date. It doesn't matter what date I choose, it comes back on and says that no changes were made. Pick another date.

Well you could just restore it back to the first day you installed Windows or w/e OS you have and i'm pretty sure you have to make those dates a Restore date but i'm not very positive

have u setted any system restore point on any of the dates u have chossed i think not that y.
