My Fiancee and I have just brought a new car and will pick it up on March 1st when the new 07 reg will be out... Can anyone tell me what the two letters are for different areas, we have brought our car from Watford in Herfordshire. So i.e LS is for london etc...... GN for Kent. can any one help?

I'm from England and about to take my 'behind' the wheal driving test next week for the first time in San Francisco. Does anyone know how hard it is, what they have you do, where you drive, what will make you fail. How hard *** are they? I have an english license, and I have my CA permit along with a few years of driving under my belt. I can drive fine, i just want to know what I need to do to pass!

the problem is that about 6 years ago i got a title loan and then the business closed and ive never heard another word from them. so i actually have a lien against the vehicle. the lien is for over $2000 and the car is only worth maybe $500 should i just junk the car or is it possible to sell it with no title at all

i have car insurance and called the moment i had the accident and opened the claim......i have an adjuster.....the people are sueing me and my husband.....arent they supposed to go thru the car insurance.....i am so confused......i called my adjuster but she was gone for the day.....i am soo sooo sooo confused......and SCARED.....i dont have the kind of money they are sueing for......my house is owned by the bank, my credit is maxed.....HELP!!!

I am a full time employee and part-time student. I was driving on interstate highway to my home. I abruptly discovered two stopped cars on the middle of the highway, so I changed my lane to the left side quickly. After about five seconds while I was still accelerating, a car hit me from the behind…

The lady was unconscious. Police officers investigated the scent for about an hour and gave me this report that basically has my information and information of the other person. After that, I drove home.

This is my first accident happened in my life, and I need to know what I need to do next. Thanks for the people whoever tries to help me.

Im 15.5, and Ive been wanting a moped, then I noticed so many rules and regulations. Let's say I got my learner's permit, can i drive my moped around now? What type of motorcycle license does California require? M1? M2? I expect to be driving to school by the next school year.

Please don't refer me to http://www.dmv.ca.gov because there are only 5 documents thatinclude the word moped, and they are based on fees.

the seller agreed to give me a title in a few days and never got back to me. That was over a year ago and I still have a nice truck sitting in my garage that I cannot drive. Sorry my question isnt the Best but a while back i wrecked my car and the insurance company managed to waive them selves out of it, meaning they are not going to pay for it or nothing, Now i still owe this car for it was fairly New is there anything i can do or anything i can write off some were, were they can lower the price or not have to pay off this car....Cuz not only am i paying for it now i can even purchase another one cuz i wont have enough to money to pay for it...ANy help Please...and thank you.
