You have to be familiar with what road signs mean. (Stop, Yield, etc...) many questions on this.

Also what the lines on the road mean, double solid, single solid, solid/broken.

they also give you theoretical questions.. like "If you're in a schoolzone and there is a fence dividing the highway, do you need to slow down?" etc...

You will also need to do parking tests, stopping tests, etc..

Study.

1. What is your name?
2. Do you know left from right?
3. Which way is up?
4. How old are you?
5. What is your height?

If you can handle those questions you probably know enough to pass the test.
